Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

  • Ingredients:
    Cooked, tail off, de-veined shrimp (size per taste/as desired. I used medium size.)
    Red onion, diced (Red onion goes with seafood in Mexican cooking!)
    Lime juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
    Salt
    Tomato
    Cilantro
    Avocado (to taste/as desired)
    Cucumber
    V8 vegetable juice
    Ketchup
    Bufalo salsa (In my area, found only in Latin foods stores)
    (Can substitute Bufalo with) Valentina Salsa (sold in most grocery stores)
    Habanero salsa to taste/as desired
