koi bhi khet kharid ne se pehle hame kaise pata chale ki waha ki jamin kheti karne layak hai ki nahi..
Kyuki apne khet ki mitti ko to hum laboratory ya..kisi krishi University me bhej ka janch karva sakte hai ..
Lekin jo jamin hum dekhne gaye..to us jamin par khade rah kar ..hum kaise pata chale ..ki us jamin ki mitti kheti layak hai...ya nahi. .
Kyuki aaj jamin ki kimat bahut hi jyada hai ..
