Seems like a hell of a lot of work to infuse salt with a little flavor. I just checked the prices on Amazon and they are outrageous for a smoked infused salt. About $38 for 8 ounces. Maybe someday I will taste it, but the price sure puts me off even wanting to try.

Вначале, "выпекать" соль в бамбуковых стволах, измельчать и вновь подвергать её, сильнейшей тепловой обработке, доводить до состояния текучести кристаллов и снова измельчать до состояния пудры. Các chất khoáng, kim loại nặng đã bốc hơi nên không còn mặn chát. Vị muối mặn dịu, pha tí ngọt trong cuối lưỡi. Chấm với ổi, xoài, nêm thức ăn đều ngon. Ngày nay dân số đông, rừng cạn kiệt, để làm muối như thế này cũng đã góp phần sa mạc hóa trái đất.
I don't find too practical and economical though its expensive. Using too many firewood and time consuming if It doesn't make much difference chemically or scientifically . I do agree in someway if it is giving employment and keeping up with the tradition.
