Lots of cheaters sub-1000 who start out playing like a clueless noob, then suddenly transform into Magnus in the mid-game. It keeps their accuracy down to avoid cheat detection algorithms.
I think cheat detection picks up on computer engine lines like so many moves deep if a player under 1000 played a few dubious moves in the opening then started following the engine think they may be flagged 🤔 especially if they always doing that 😅
It's hard to understand long term cheating.. I can understand a kid doing it once or twice, but to have your entire history defined by cheat games - not sure what you get from that, unless you're just an anarchist trying to undermine the credibility if the entire system
I see that exact garbage opening that the cheater played all the time. Hard not to be paranoid of cheaters when they intentionally play badly in the opening to mask the cheating.
That obvious mate at the end took a few seconds. 😂 It must be frustrating to run into this as a titled master taking your time and energy to teach the game to us all. Actually, the best response if your opponent doesn't react to the discovered attack is to wait for an opportunity to use it In your game id chase the queen til the bishop can attack it Not guaranteed, but you may win a material
Nelson, thanks for all your great content, listening to you walk us through your lines of thinking and seeing you have human reactions to your opponents helps me both learn more, and helps me enjoy chess when I'm feeling burned out.
When your playing the kings Indian I have found it to be very very useful to move your rook to E1 very very early (like move 5/6) so when they make the queen bishop battery u just move your bishop to h1 and white wasted 3 moves setting up nothing (rook move also supports e 5 break and x rays the king). Btw great video as always!

This treadmill sillibess is a bad idea, especially speeding up as the game goes on. Good luck concentrating with under a minute to go as the moves come fast and furious.

@@Third297 Also, I looked it up. It's standard practice for national chess organizations to award such titles. Here in Germany, we've had the same title for something like 150 years. Plus, I couldn't find any source where Jon Ludwig Hammer said anything like that. Why would he say that? Why should the FIDE titles be considered real and the titles from national chess organizations not? It doesn't make any sense. In the whole US, there are only about a thousand national masters, and they have 300 million citizens. Plus, the USA is one of the countries with the most chess players. If national chess organizations have a long history of awarding titles and continue to do so, it's hard to argue that these titles lack legitimacy. The recognition of skill in chess shouldn't solely rely on one organization like FIDE, especially when many players have earned respect and recognition in their own national contexts.
