En estos lugares se está experimentado con el clima, sembrando nubes. Creo que se están metiendo con algo que no entendemos todabia, que es como es el equilibrio entre todos los componentes del clima. El invierno pasado tubieron nieve récord. Se dan cuenta que no es posible en un desierto tan seco.
