- On our last day in Addis Ababa. We head to my favourite restaurant. For our last tasty meal of the trip, we will be dining on some local food. Fool. Fool is a delicious dish made up of red kidney beans, onion, tomatoes, garlic cloves, jalapenos, tomato paste, fresh cilantro, salt, ground black pepper, cumin, and water. Then it can be eaten with bread to make one hell of a tasty burger. I also went for a traditional style Ethiopian coffee. Not only are you having a coffee the way it was meant to be made. The restaurant even performs a small ceremony.

I must say You are a trooper for drinking our coffee without a sugar! The next time try mixing all the sides in to the fool and scoop it or dip it with your bread and eat it, it brings out the perfect flavour especially with plan yogurt. If you are concerned about none pasteurized milk you can do without, but don’t miss out on the sides. It’s so flavorful. ❤ great video
I love black coffee . I just wish I could get a bigger mug !!! Tbh I’m a bit of a picky eater. Working on it though . Hopefully some day I can mix it all together and get the whole experience!!

Sadly I’m gone now . Didn’t realise I needed dollar or euro for a lot of the cool trips . So just Asia and Harar this trip . Hope to come back though if my channel can grow to where I want it to

Yes, Ethiopian weather is naturally conditioned. Not that cold or warm!

That’s not how you eat full😂 you have to mix the tomatoes , onions and green papers together with the full and scup it up with the bread and throw it in your mouth.

They supposed to tell you how to eat it. It should be mixed with the other stuffs and eat it with the bread, not like a burger or sandwich. They used beans, different beans, not lentils.
