I loved this video. I'm just starting using chat GPT with AWS. Mostly for quick questions like "which are the differences between service A and service B". Thank you so much! You gave me a lot of ideas! ❤
Im studying for my practitioner exam now, chat GPT has been so clutch in helping me understand the different aspects of cloud computing and AWS services.
Lucy I really enjoy your videos they are really helping me steer in the right direction getting started with AWS(as an older career changer). Also I think it was very awesome that you took the risk to leave AWS to pursue the you tube channel. Most people would have just taken the more comfortable route
Great Video. This definitely came to me at the right time as I am studying for the Solutions Architect right now. I appreciate your time and dedication to your content. It really helps!!!
gpt4 gives you the correct answer for the question kilo of water or kilo of air: A kilo of water and a kilo of air both weigh the same, as they each have a mass of one kilogram (1 kg). Weight is a measure of the force of gravity on an object's mass, so if the mass is the same, the weight will also be the same.
Thank you so much for making this video. I got my SAA cert a while ago and I've been getting caught up in doing tutorial after tutorial getting stuck at some point and really trying to understand how the services work together, so this video definitely helps me get through both issues pretty well.
Thank you Lucy for this video. Your videos have helped tremendously to understand why I love cloud technology so much and how I can improve on my skills. Your detailed explanations will help many people along their journey!! 😊
Thank you for doing this video and providing us with your Google document. Those prompts especially creating an AWS beginner level project using serviceA and serviceB has helped me crystallized what projects I want to do to retain my knowledge and pass my future AWS certification exams.
Thank you-very useful information. I just want to know, if AWS provide free training like AWS Cloud Partitioner, and we attended the training, is it possible for us can get a discount voucher if we want to take the exam certificate?
Hello all, I'm currently working on my AWS foundational certification (Cloud Practitioner) and I'll be taking up AWS Solutions Architect Associate next. I have confusions though, like lucy has already mentioned that doing a certification alone is not enough to land a job in Cloud. Hence I would really need some help with a proper road map. Kindly let me know how I can gain hands on experience to show in my resume as well as where to find resources or projects to work on . Also, please let me know what I should learn apart from doing the above mentioned certifications( I've read some job descriptions where they mention Docker/Kubernetes as a requirement and also linux sometimes). Thank you Lucy and the community. Cheers😄
This video has been so helpful. Many Many Thanks Lucy for taking your time to make this for people like me that are trying to learn AWS. God bless you!
Just don't get too comfortable relying GPT chat. Not only it can make errors or mistakes, It will also hinder you from understanding the basic fundamentals or concepts that you should already know. I would only use it as a commentary tool to assist. I may use it if it was combination of commands I forgot but even Linux have Man pages built as well.
One request: can you pls make a video on how the aws infra setup correlates to the software side. I feel it is difficult to get the whole picture of infra and software part. It would be great to know how redundancy works, how infra ops team keeps things ready. Better if you could bring a technician and a software side person and explain it. Will help people from infra as well as from software side to understand the big picture. Hope am clear. Looking forward. Thank you as always ❤

Lucy, recently, many companies are currently retrenching their employees probably due to the advent of software like the chatGPT. May I know if those in cloud computing are also being affected by these retrenchments? What's the future of cloud computing in this season of chatGPT and other AI technologies? Will cloud professionals be replaced by AI ? Please kindly share your perspective. Thank you.

Hi Lucy, watching you from Cameroon❤Thanks in advance for answering 🥺🥺 Your videos were recommended to me as i want to know more about cloud tech. Which AWS certs would you recommend to someone who has a bachelor in computer science engineering to start with? The thing is i can choose myself what i want but if it's a difficult one it could be easier after i'm familiar with the basics notions first by something specific.
Either AWS cloud practitioner or Solutions architect associate cert would be a good starting point! Cloud practitioner one is easier. Highly recommend Stephane’s Udemy courses (in video description)
I was surprised on first trying ChaptGPT that it got the same sort of fundamentals (eg. 1kg 1kg) wrong too. In my case it was downright dangerous. I have a new trilaminate drysuit I'm yet to dive and I know I'll need less weight compared to my crushed neoprene drysuit cos it's less buoyant so I asked ChatGPT for a ballpark of how much weight to drop and it said "trilaminate is less buoyant than neoprene you will need MORE weight". So I flagged it, and it completely replaced all four or so paragraphs, fixing the first part but doubling down with "...neoprene is more buoyant so it needs LESS weight" in the new paragraph four. It's infuriating to me as an active software developer for about 35 years so far cos ChatGPT is soooooo awesome in all other respects that I can't imagine me ever figuring out how they even achieved id, so seeing massively fundamental bits of information reversed is just the hugest disappointment, I'd hate for this amazing software to not be trusted but it really is looking like that's the case and because of it's nature, we can never know what it misunderstands can we? 😢
I use ChapGPT to learn about all the acronyms in any tech courses. To learn something dense and about logic, while encountering alphabet salad has always been discouraging to me, a guy with not the greatest work ethics. For that alone ChatGPT is heaven sent
Hey Lucy, If I already have my AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate cert, what would you say that Recuiters/employers value more? Getting another AWS cert like AWS Developer? Or building 3 to 4 projects? Or both? Your input is greatly appreciated. 🤔🙂🙏🏼

Hi there Lucy, just a quick one. l wanted to find out if l can overlook the AWS cloud practitioner certification and jump straight into Solutions Architect certification. will it affect or impact badly of my understanding of the Solutions Architect career?
Yes it’s possible! No it won’t impact your understanding - many people find SAA too hard to do as a first certification, so CCP is recommended as a starting point. But going straight to SAA is completely ok
No, you cannot change the underlying Amazon Machine Image (AMI) into a different type. Instead, you would have to move over your code or application that is running onto a new AWS EC2 instance which is using Windows Server 2016, and then terminate the Windows Server 2012.
I have the same question. Where do I find it? I have searched all over AWS free tier looking for it and all over TH-cam, and have not found any answers on where to find this. Does it have to be configured in AWS, and if so, what is the process?
