Cabinet members are the people who run government agencies like DFA, DILG, DPWH, etc. Basically, the cabinet members have direct control of those agencies (DFA, DILG, DPWH, etc), NOT the President. Although they get their orders directly from the President. The President have the power to appoint them. It's like being the CEO of a company. In short, sila yung mga galamay ni Duterte. Kasi hindi naman pwedeng i-manage lahat yan ng isang tao. (Pwera na lang kung pwede mong i-duplicate yung katawan mo lol)

Yasay made a big mistake in revealing that there are other countries asking the Philippines to make a Strong Statement if the Tribunal favors the Philippine claims. Yasay seems not capable of heading the DFA as the head of Foreign Affairs this kind of sensitive information must be confidential and should not be made in Public. Yasay seems intentionally giving pronouncements that China can just stay inside the 200NM EEZ of the Philippines whatever the Tribunal decision is. Now that China already aware that this current administration will just allow that... for GOD SAKE... China's belligerence in the South China Sea will continue.
