OMG my daughter loves to wear full princess dresses. It is just part of the experience for her. But I always packing a change of outfits
The rainbow fan is a pride fan, taking colors from the new flag :) It’s so cute
In the auto dept at the dollar tree they have green and blue microfiber towels (2 for $1). Those work great as a cooling rag! Put them in a freezer bag with ice and a little water. After you use them stick them back in the bag and clean them occasionally in the bathroom sinks. Also, you could get an 8 pack of Powerade (I get the sugar free) and freeze half. Drink the cold ones early, the frozen ones will melt into a Slushie 😋 while keeping snacks cold. My nine year old liked our double stroller to rest and sit with his brother. You can get a clear shower curtain from the dollar tree to make your own stroller cover and towels for the kids bums.
I am not going to WDW but going to Disneyland in July. We are CA natives so we understand the heat but omg these are great! Sunscreen didn’t even cross my mind 😂😂😂.

Love this! We like the $2 Coleman brand emergency ponchos. They fit back into the little ziploc bag it comes in and can be packed into the bottom of your backpack. We bought ours at Target. We also packed one umbrella for the family. Lastly, we have a few gallon ziplocks to seal items in to stay dry.
A lil tip is tossin on a pair of biker shorts under summer dress. Wind/ride friendly. TFS. You rock!

Also for anyone who is looking for a mini fan, I would recommend neck fan, there’re many type of them on Amazon, they’re rechargeable, pretty light weight, and also look like wireless headphone so you don’t have to worry about looking wear with it too, I got one for my partner and he loves it!

So helpful. I had no idea you could take your own snacks in. I already had a budget set to snack all day 🥴🤭 . Also, I didn’t even consider the heat🙄. Never the less I’m ready for my trip in 2 weeks 😁
Reusable Ice Cubes are amazing. I hate diluting drinks with ice but if we have a heatwave in Northern Ireland (The Romans called us 'Hibernia' for a reason, it makes ZERO sense to have air conditioning in our homes here as it would rarely get used) you need ice cubes in cold drinks. I found ones that actually look like real ice cubes and they are indistinguishable when in a Starbucks Cold Cup.
Alternativity, you can get reusable ice cubes in a stick format so you can add them to water bottles. My mum works as a home carer (Essentially an HCA but one that goes into a client's home to provide care.) and most of her clients have the heating turned up full blast even in the summer. She adds a bunch of them to a metal water bottle and drinks from it between clients to keep cool.
We don't get very strong sun in Northern Ireland but if you want to keep the sun off you you can use an umbrella and it works the same as a parasol, great if you or a kid isn't wearing a very hat friendly hairstyle (or refuses to take off they're Micky ears). I've seen UVA/UVB protection umbrellas sold so they can do double duty. I have sensory issues with wearing hats and am very heat sensitive due to said sensory issues so this often proves a life saver for me if I'm out in the Sun.
One for make-up users. If you want to wear make-up to Disney Garnier sells a facial sunscreen spray that is designed to be worn OVER make-up. It is SPF 50 and works great.
What time exactly should we visit Disney and i fell that more than eating at the park we can bring are own home cooked meals that way its more cheaper right?
A tip for parents: IF YOUR KID IS THROWING A TANTRUM about wanting to wear costumes, and you have a bit of money to spare/multiple kids. Buy a costume or make a costume or Disney themed dresses out of NON ITCHY MATERIALS. This could also help a parent that has child with sensory issues too for daily life.
There is another mommy on TH-cam called BeingMommyWithStyle. She has older videos of when her children were younger, packing videos for Disney, they also love Disney, and the mother bought Animal Kingdom themed animal print dresses off of Etsy. I will say it's pricey, but it's worth the child not being uncomfortable and having a good time. It can make or break a trip if the child is uncomfortable. Or you could pack the dress for the child just for the day they meet the characters and they only wear it to meet them. And then change right back into normal day clothes.
A mini personal fan is great at the parks but I’ve not scene those cute Mickey fans. Thanks for sharing!

Freeze bottled water it serves as ice packs and you can drink and toss.
Must put stroller cover on every time you go on ride by the time you come back it might have down poured.
IMO mosquitoe repellent not necessary Disney sprays it's parks heavily. We brought sneakers and water shoes both came in handy. Don't go to Disney at the end of June rainy season more like monsoon season! Great video!
Frozen grapes are a great snack and keeps the other fruits cold

They actually make anti uv umbrellas, too. So they act as rain and sun protection... it's also like caring your own personal shade. I've seen hands free ones and ones that are similar to parasols so they're cute. Being sensitive to the sun is no joke

My name is John. I went to the theme part with some friends. I am unmarried and without children. I brought a stroller. Since I'm taller than the average run of humanity, the strollers handles accommodated my extra height. And we had two very small women in our party. Who were able to sit in the stroller, when the children weren't using it. I went there with several married couples. Since the stroller was Handmade by myself. Several of my friends were interested in either purchasing it, or one very much like it. I named a price that I thought was slightly larcenous. The guy ponied up the cash without even blinking. A short visit to Walmart straightend me out. Strollers cost like you wouldn't believe nowadays.
First off In the video she showed my favorite shoes, 3:05 the grey black and pink ones, and second she talked about it raining and to be prepared for rain but I live in Las Vegas and we are lucky if it rains 3 times in a year.

hey jennifer aubrey from north carolina here I actually got to go on a kids kidds trip to disney world in third grade and my family stayed a whole week it was cool the trip was sponsored by kiss fm radio and was for kids with disabilities I have cerebral palsy and we got a special pass to go to the front of all the lines for the rides it was so fun and this was during a school week.
We went in August a few years ago. We were miserable we are from Michigan lol we went in February it was amazing and we just booked for end of September for the boo 👻 bash can’t wait hope it’s not to hot then

Another tip I have for any theme park in the summer is if you DO get dehydrated and especially if you're blood sugar gets low, don't drink plain water, drink gatorade or something with electolytes or something because water can just make you sicker and make you throw up and/or pee ALOT. I know from personal expirence.

Would really appreciate a video about how the park is for the mobility challenged. I want to take my son to Disney but am disabled and worry about how his experience would be so different ( in a bad way) if I took him.

If you want just water, you could get a filtering water bottle, like Britta. It will filter as you drink.

I have a hot tip for you when it comes to bugs,,,,,skin so soft lotion from Avon, I promise it works beautifully. And it’s a lotion for the skin. Bugs HATE the stuff; I always take it when I’m going to be outdoors.
