I graduated high school in 2005, and my parents were in the process of building their dream home (a log home!) and from about...July til October, we lived in a FIFTH WHEEL on the property while the house was being built. Me, my mom, my dad, two big dogs, and a little cat found us and we took her in, too. It was a...very trying experience living in that thing 🤣 We used to be avid campers but man, I think we stopped after living in that for that long. Especially because we had to use a stinky outhouse during those months. But I think your idea sounds better.

I know this video was posted a few years ago but I do know a few families that live full time in RV's. They seem to really love it. I think this summer I may be moving into an RV myself with my boyfriend.
I think it really depends on if you're family will be okay living in an RV. I would try it out in increments first to get them adjusted and see how they like it. Like how you're doing it now, then maybe move onto a week and then go from there

We did Halloween camping at a camp ground jellystone .. we decorated our golf cart and camp site with blow ups and other thing !!! It’s so much fun the kids go trick or treating and everyone camp site !!
They aren't families but I do follow The Endless Adventure who are a couple who are traveling round the US in an RV/Trailer and also a British couple called The Travel Beans who are also traveling round the US in a little RV.
I don't know why, but I love the sound of the rain when you're stopping in a camper or on a Boat 😆
