- Tingmo or Ting Momo is a traditional tibetan steamed bread that is incredibly fluffy and soft. Tingmos are very light and go well with a variety of Tibetan dishes like Son Labu or Shapta. In this video, I will show you how to make soft Tingmos in a few easy steps.

Actually I liked this video because you sound like my Bala. I learned a new easier way to make tingmo. Bala showed me the way to make where you cut strips and stack them and then twist with chopstick but I like your way since I'm lazy. 😂
