Got mine laid out almost exactly the same. Probably the best AR on the market for the money. Bought mine in 2013 and have never had one single incident no matter the conditions or what ammo I'm using. Super heavy plastic construction and the uprights are rubberized. Great for scope mounting and minor gun smithing tasks.
I’ve never seen anything that screams 2000’s more than this. Single point sling, magpul everything, finger grooves, plastics handguard, magpuls, and flat dark earth, and a big ass red dot. Not to mention the 2 foregrips.

Marks Man- Thank you! The front sight does not interfere with my red dot set up. I am using the cantilever mount though which is a little bit taller so kind of “looks over” the front sight. If it was super low it might be in the way. If you have an optic with any magnification though you would be totally fine as even low magnification “looks past” the front of the barrel. I love mine too. One note though make sure your castle but is screwed? on all the way mine loosened up some, besides that the mp sport 2 is good to go. Also it'll eat wolf, Tula, and American eagle no problems.

Like it but for one thing; 2 foregrips? Unless you've got more arms than the rest of us you've just added necessary weight to the front of a rifle that already has a pretty heavy barrel.
Alex Laird- I agree however that angled fore grip looks cool but is uncomfortable for me after a short time. The vertical grip is better for longer use. Also... the weight is a non issue for me. We’re talking very minimal weight.
you can also buy a 300 blk full upper and it swaps right on to the lower. Palmetto makes good ones. but I think that 300 is overrated, more expensive and harder to get. still cool. but it's not for me
Funky Drummer 76 - Thanks for the comment. The tan things on the mag are the original “Mag Pul”. The companies name sake. They are a very snug fit hard rubber attachment that allows you to “pull” them in and out of a chest rig or pouch with out having to grab the base of the magazine which can be slippery and clumsy. Also allows you to firmly pull out the mag. Also adds a buffer to the base plate for when the mag drops to the ground.
Mike McElroy - Yes I did but it was just a single roll pin. Took 30 seconds to remove. The guard could be modified fairly easily if you really wanted but I went for a one point sling so didn’t worry about it.

Angled fire grip and forward grip are Mag Pul M-LOK in Black coloration The main hand grip and the one point sling mount are from MFT (mission first tactical) the one point sling is part # OPSM The Sling itself is by VooDoo tactical in Desert Tan The mags are from Magpul 30rd Gen 2 The red dot is a crappy little $80 sight that came with the cantilever mount. No magnification but actually very accurate once sighted in with a laser bore scope. It's by "Trinity Force" I was shooting 2" groups off hand at the range at 40 feet. Hope that helps ya. It’s now called the “Engage” grip. I also think they are calling it “SDE” now for scorched dark earth. They have changed the design a bit and added ridges along the back of the grip. I purchased it originally from Sportsman’s Warehouse and it was called FDE but was slightly different than other companies FDE. I found them on eBay for $20. Search under SDE. 👍. They do sell through their website too and have an FDE.

It’s the RMC 1-30. The consider it a Rifle Maintenance Center. The uprights have built in cleaning rod holders. Approx $35 I believe.

down-side to this rifle is the 1:9 twist so less accuracy when running a heavier round
$.40 a round would be great right now. 5.56 at Dunham's, 450 for $475.
