Probably the most horrific thing we've ever done to our Facts Contributors.. It look a long time after this shoot for them to feel better. The sauce on the final chicken wing came in at a whopping 6 million scovilles. That's a scale where Tabasco is listed at around 40 thousand.

Here's a tip that no one seems to know. I've been eating chili all my life and the best way to get rid of the burn is HOT WATER; It is more effective than milk but you have to do it properly. Get hot water, the hotter the better, (not hot enough to burn your mouth OK) and take a big sip. Hold the water in your mouth. You will feel the pain intensify two fold but hold that water in (remember your mouth is not burning, your brain is tricked), the longer the better. When you can't take it no more spit out the water. Your mouth will be coated in this thick sticky mucus at this point, gather that up/scrape your tongue with your teeth and spit it out as well. You will feel instant relief. Do this 2-3 times and the hot feeling with be 90% gone.

For people who are used to it, it really isn't that hot. My pepper tolerance is so high now that I need stuff like this just to feel a little hot. Carolina reaper powder is pretty mild for me. I need extracts to feel any real heat and even then, I don't go too hot. I keep it a nice pleasant hot. The part that you don't really understand is hot stuff gives chileheads an endorphin rush, in other words, it makes them high. With the right dose, you get way more pleasure than pain.
