That headlight, how much power? 55 watts? I have an electric moped with a halogen bulb of 35 watts. When it's dark and wet I see absolutely NOTHING. And I understand why. Most cars with halogen bulbs have two of them, 55 watts each. that's 110 watts. 35 is less than a third of that. I don't know about LEDs, but they can't possible be any worse, can they?
I had to change out the 35w halogen on my bike for the same reason. Could not see a damn thing when it was dark and the road was wet, it wasn't good even with dry road though. I swapped in some LED hs1 bulbs and that sorted out the lighting.

That QS.Motors qs120 70h mid drive motor in the swingarm can take hell of allot more.. That bike is manufactured by Zongshen, in rest of the world its sold as city clicker. 45mph is way too slow to be safe - bikes need to be able to do 55 or not at all - cars driven by 'people' on their morning social-meda sessions whilst driving to work often weave into the curb where I ride my Solex. 55 saves you being overtaken and 45 will get angry cars stacked up behind you - nasty.
