You are right I'm a USA collector I have 186 model cars from different brands and I get my Costco Maisto cars for 16.99 plus tax Bad investment I believe 😮
Great video! I think this guy made a mistake. When Maisto sends this mix to the warehouse clubs, half of the cars are good and the other half is not so good. My local hobby shop buys these at Sam's and Costco, but he cherry picks the good ones. He sells them at a discount price.(around 30 dollars US.) Some people don't have access to these clubs, so that is a good deal.
i bought some maisto at costco here in canada ship it back to my country philippines sold atleast 50cad each but with all the shipping fee i barely got some profit from it
Terrible move on buying the full pallet of Maisto cars. They never increase in value. As you said, you only stand a chance of getting profit from prestigious limited edition models.
Diecast is a horrible way to make money lol, if he had 4k to invest He would've made a better profitsblike you said buying models that have a proven record for reselling and making big profits. I got a feeling that guy is probably gonna grab the models that make money from that pallet and return the rest, dont know how Costcos return policy work, I refuse to believe that dude just jumped on a whole pallet without knowing anything lol
I love Maisto!!! They were my favorite 1:64 scale cars to buy as a kid since they were doing the realistic thing unlike the crazy designs of hot wheels etc. plus they were 2 for a dollar. And they make really genuine 1:18 scales

I'm in the US. I completely agree with your opinion. Being ethical is more important than personal profit.
Yeah a brand new video!!
Can you make a display case out of an old dresser
It would look awesome. I've never tried it before.

30usd$ is not a bad deal when you don't have a membership card to Costco. I sold most of my maisto in that price range
When you say GOOD ones, what do you mean? Like color or what?

@@LIFE_in_118_SCALE that don't make it any better that's still a lot of model cars to be buying at one time

Buy from the manufacturer?
You can, but you'll never get the buying power that costco has... so you'll have to sell them at 60$ each (probably)
