safety glasses are a good idea because of the dust ? dust mask as well maybe ? silica dust ?

Any chemical that would split into an eye will make great damages to the eyes. That's why it's adviced to use safety glasses generally and really important for installation above the head. It's also adviced for that type of application to use a fast drying chemical like our AC100Pro www.adit.org.il/portfolio-item/ac100pro/

is this strong enough to lift a sidewalk if i hook a chain to a bolt and jack the sidewalk up ,,whats the pullout strength

Depends on the size of the sidewalk and how thick it is. Generally though it would do it
