- The FranklinWH app allows you to remotely monitor and control your Franklin Home Power (FHP) system at any time, from anywhere.
Franklin Home Power is a whole-home energy management system. The heart of the FHP system is two components: aGate and aPower.
The aGate is an intelligent home energy management center that integrates solar, battery, grid, and generator power sources and manages them to optimize consistent energy supply, providing rapid backup in case of grid outages.
The aPower is a 13.6 kWh AC-coupled battery with a built-in inverter that automatically transfers between DC and AC current. It uses extremely safe LFP cells and can stack up to fifteen aPower batteries per aGate.

Do you have a troubleshooting guide? I have a Franklin system with backup batteries & my solar system isn’t producing electricity. The application doesn’t have a troubleshooting feature so I can learn how to reset my solar system.
Also can you make a video on how to connect a generator to the system so that I can charge my backup battery and supply electricity to my house?

Can I hook up a wind turbine to this system?
Not sure I understand the pros or cons of Storage Priority vs Supply Priority for Load Shifting. Is there more detail on these settings?
If the electricity rate in the homeowner's area changes throughout the day, based on demand, the homeowner can select the Time of Use mode and set the SOC value for the backup power reserve. The reserved power will not be consumed during mid-peak hours but only when there is an unexpected grid outage.
The FHP will select solar and aPower X battery power during peak periods. During the off-peak periods, the system will use power from the grid, the PV system, and the batteries in balance according to household loads.
If the SOC(State of Charge) is set to 100%, the FHP system will charge to full power (aPower battery actual SOC value=100%) from during the off-peak periods and then not discharge from the batteries. In the event of a grid failure, the FHP will power the household loads.
Peak: Highest electric power price hours.
Off-peak: Lowest electric power price hours
Mid-peak: The rest of the hours
@@FranklinWHEnergyStorageInc Thanks for the response, I understood that from the video, but I don't understand the advantage of choosing Storage Priority over Supply Priority or vice versa to save money during ToU/Load Shifting.
