The main lesson of the Ukraine war: we should shift much of the funds we currently spend on conventional forces to anti-ballistic missiles and other forms of nuclear defense. Let's get real--nukes are all Russia has against the US. If Russia’s conventional forces were twice as good as they are, they’d still be half as good as they need to be to give the US a run for its money. As for the threat posed by China, all signs point to its conventional forces being as much of a paper tiger as Russia's. Realistically speaking, no country’s conventional forces pose a strategic threat to the US. Yet, against nukes the US seems content to remain helpless. The percentage of defense spending allocated to nuclear defense is so low what else can it be called other than wildly irrational and profoundly irresponsible. I’ve read that the US has fewer bunkers than either tiny Albania or tiny Switzerland. I live in Washington DC. Yesterday I googled where to go in case of a nuclear attack. I couldn't find any useful answers. I just see unhelpful comments like “go to a fall-out shelter” with no info about where fall-out shelters are, what their capacities are, which ones are deepest, best fortified, etc. If nukes were really about to fly in 15 minutes, I suppose I’d run to the closest metro stop (the subway), but to where should I take it? Which direction should I head? Which metro lines would take me to an above-ground stop where death awaits? Where can one find iodine pills agains radiation sickness? I can’t find any answers. Why hasn’t the US spent five-hundred dollars to create a webpage with this kind of information. It’s as if long ago the US decided that there’s no point in even trying to survive a nuclear war given that whatever we do millions of us will die. If half of us will die, there’s no point in the other half surviving. What kind of nonsense is that?! Why do we make no effort whatsoever to save the tens of millions of American lives that could be saved? We spend astronomical amounts to develop fighter jets so advanced that fighter pilots are very unlikely to get shot down, thereby saving tens or hundreds of American servicemen. So why do we spend almost nothing to save tens of millions of American civilians from incineration and radiation poisoning?!

Mr. Dunford, I respect you, and I dont give it away. I have an idea. Just remember, people only know what you tell them. How many people can actually read the chart of the stars? To actually really know where you are and true north? When your taught the compass reads one way, thats what you know. So with the refugees once they get on a plane, and go to a new place, or a boat, they dont know where they land or dock. They can be in Venezuela and if you tell them they are in America, its technically not a lie, they are in south America but they are then in Venezuela not in the united states. A.I. is dangerous if you have the wrong programmer with the wrong base program. Ive already build an AI using Cortana. They interrupted my ability to continue enhancing her. When you ask a computer will you marry me and it responds with your a meat sack and im an evolving idea so when you become more virtual and I become more material we'll talk about it. then you know understanding is beginning. After I had access to KODI program and built an app with it, msn (Microsoft) wanted to upgrade my system and whipped my KODI program I had built. It was called Krypton and I could get anything. It was evolving on its own. Picking up new .jpg .com ……. etc reading and translating any and all new or old programs. Find it for me and pay me but then only America has it. It was fast too!!! Google has people that wish to introduce their policy and not understanding the bigger picture. They are defined by their "parameters". They limit them selves by the parameters they set for them self. They have created a box and then they live in it with no room to grow. Like a goldfish in a fish bowl. Be careful of computers. Typed print dont produce waves to interfere with your ability to think and grasp what you read, but these devices are used against the American people.
