You need to look up jasmine chiswell. She kinda looks and sounds like her. It's scary
spot on! I like the fact that you were able to tune in on marilyn's little tricks. A lot of tutorials on youtube copy what they THINK marilyn looks like (eyeliner and red lips), but you actually sat down and really looked at the makeup (contouring, lower lip shape, eyelash shadow etc. You and Lisa Eldridge got it spot on.

Wow! I found you through Wendy Lee. She has good things to say about your channel. I can see why! Hands down, this is THE BEST Marilyn Monroe makeup tutorial I have ever seen! There have been several attempts, by other young women, who think the first step is to apply globs and globs of garbage that ruins their skin. However, your tutorial remained true to the fact that back in the 50s, women didn't have all the choices we do today. Your Marilyn technique is second to none. If there was an award for the best MM makeup video, yours would definitely win first prize. This is an extremely well made video. Please do not remove it. Thank you very much! The lip color is I made because in some movies they made this color in order it to look warmer. That's what her make up artist said. But yes definitely she wore some light ones too :)

Very informative video. I jokingly consider myself a connoisseur of all things Marilyn Monroe, specifically her make up, but this taught me quite a few things I didn't know. She truly was ahead of her time on many things, including her makeup techniques.

I've watched famous MUA Lisa Eldridge's Marilyn tutorial and she didn't nail the lip as well as you did. I would take your "method" and combine it with Lisa's color choices for the ultimate Marilyn lip because Marilyn's lipstick was definitely a more orange or true red whereas yours was a cool red. But hey excellent job!
