    ఇష్ణపుర్, ముత్తంగి ఏరియాలలో మనకు 26-28 వేల రూపాయలతో, గజం స్థలం దొరుకుతుంది. రింగు రోడ్డు నుంచి 1-2 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో దొరుకుతాయి. హైదరాబాద్ కు డైరెక్ట్ గా వెళ్ళడానికి 150 ఫీట్ల రోడ్డు కొత్తగా పడుతోంది. ఆ రోడ్డు complete ఆయితే ఇస్నపుర్ రూపు రేఖలు మారిపోతాయి. తక్కువ రేటు, developing ఏరియాస్ లొ డబ్బు పెట్టాలి. డబ్బులు బీరువాలో దాచుకున్న పర్లేదు..... Slow developing areas లొ పెట్టీ రిస్క్ పడొద్దు.

      Pharma pollution ki kooda baga deggarga untundi. Only investment purpose better akkada undataniki Health risk cheyyali. Bachupally side pharma undadam valla ippadiki miyapur to chandanagar varaku air pollution ayipooyindi bada smell regular ga vastundi... so think twice

      @@vgopal28 good point, kani Bachupally lo kooda rates భయంకరంగా పెరిగాయి. Just 3 years lo ఖాళీ గా ఉండే ఇళ్ళ స్థలాలు కట్టడాలతో నిండిపోయాయి, అదీ apartments తో. జనాలు అసలు pollution ni పట్టించుకోవట్లేదు అనుకుంటా.
