    10 acres of land for a IT company can give 10000 employment but 10 acres land given to manufacture company will not even give employment to 100 people.

    It would not one more Gachibowli always, because Gachibowli having quality employees like IT, management etc but shabad having only Manufacturing companies and data centers.

    Data centers does not provide employment. Max 30 employees mostly security guards, and electricians needed that's all

    All this is hype, without any development land owners are quoting exorbitant prices. Today one can get a plot at the rate of 10k per sq yards in kadthal (srisailam) and kotthur (highway) and that too HMDA layout . Why some one has to come this far to buy at the same rate. All the companies put together won't be able to generate 5k employment , data center do not offer much employment, katterra already filed insolvency in USA , welspun we have not see much growth post initial jubiliation.

    They have made land is an investment mode.
    Just selling on the name of development.
    Development bhul jaao.
    No body will stay that long for very very long time.
    Shadnagar, one of the biggest hype created 10-15 years ago.
    Nothing happened there.
    But prices are increasing. Why, Nobody has answer, but they can do, so they are doing...
    Somewhere they know, that people are having money....

      more or less similar words were being told abour uppal vanastjalipuram, abdullapurmet.. you have money to invest within orr so u ll buy, can a normal man buy land @ a cost of 30k 50k 1 lakh per sq.yard? without investment on land its possible to become rich for only succefull business people whoo are less than 5% in this country,, what abouut the remaining? shadnagr has given a minimum of 10X returns in last 10-15 years..
