@@Scary-Eire"Lmao look at your life, so boring and depressing, come child, embrace the traditions of your forefather's, abandon this Modernist monstrosity"
After dad died. Something sparked me to go on a crusade to find my adoptive family When I found one of the large portions that made up his side was québécois (and French) a friend of mine sent me a link to this…
Quebec is, in my humble opinion, the most beautiful place in the world. I could describe it as the birthplace of many heroes, many having migrated to the states, back to France or west in the prairies. I could describe its majestic forests, mountains and fields, the beauty of its thousand lakes and rivers, so numerous you can hardly take a step without falling in one. The beauty of its winters, the colors of its autumn, the rebirth of its springs and the quiet warmth of its summers. I would never have enough of a million words to describe both its people and its nature, both their great side, and its less good sides. So instead, I shall limit myself to a single word: "home". Much love from Quebec friend.
nice from Iraq!! special country and it can be related to this song!! Cradle of civilization... first agriculture, city, writing, law, money... and I pass a lot more. for us in the west, the song applies for the last 200yrs maybe... but for you in Iraq it's for the last 6000yrs!!! from Montréal
What did it mean to collect the black pennies (Cennes noirs)? Something negative? The Gros-misère was speaking about the Great Depression if I am not mistaken?
As a paleolibertarian anarcho-capitalist who dreams of owning land and wants to find a good, decent woman and have lots of kids, but is tied against his will to this degenerate society full of immorality and statolatry, and is forced to be a slave of the modern Western Leviathan, this song hits real hard. But even if we're slaves in the body, we are still free in the mind, and they will never be able to take that away from us 💛🖤
This song is basically "lmao look at your life, it's a mess. Imagine bro"
“Lmao look at your life. You should return to farmer”
@@Scary-Eire"Lmao look at your life, so boring and depressing, come child, embrace the traditions of your forefather's, abandon this Modernist monstrosity"
More like “look who took this from you”
If someone wonders. The final scenes are form "1865" a danish film about the dano-prussian war.
Eternal glory for the young girls that, 200 years ago had 14 children, and what is more impressing WITHOUT anesthesia.
200 years ago doctors used laudanum for anesthesia, but for childbirth they used midwives who had experience.
@@linefrenette9116 but still more painful :(

Yes.
What about both?
@@carlosmpsenyorcapitacollon6977 No. They are opposites. No comprimise; Be decisive. Choose good; choose tradition.

Reject secularism and politics, embrace family and faith
This song is more about family values than faith though.
Québec had a really bad time with religion abusing their power.
I'm not traditionalist, but I can see value in this.
same here. i love the vocals and the melodies! Gets me moving!

Cool.
Great video, where is the footage in the back from?
Nice.
Can anyone please tell me the name of the painting that appears at 1:38? I absolutely love it.
Farmer family at church - Adolf Luben (German, 1837-1905)
It's really nice song. Even if I'm not traditionalist or even conservatist
Why did you use footage from the danish movie "1864"?
Maybe he did because the scenes fits the text of the song and the context, and because its good? lol
Very nice video mate :)
the band is mes aïeux
This is good song even though im not pure traditionalist

I'm guessing it means dirty pennies like physically dirty.
Canadian pennies (defunct) were not silver or grey but had a copper and brownish colour

Progress is good but i think its progressing too fast.
Progress towards what?
Progress yes modernity and atheism and nihlism that dosen't follow God rules and hates live, no modernity is the devil.
@@Coldyham Liberalization of social norms, especially in terms of gender, sexuality, alternative parenting modes, and mass immigration.
@@Bribridude130 progress towards the flames of perdition. It's high time we turned around and "progressed" in entirely the opposite direction
I think this "progression" is going to an entirely wrong way.
Pros- Great beat, lyrics, story, and song writing
Cons- French
