    Thank you for filming this! First time mom, 22 weeks pregnant and was starting to feel overwhelmed with just everything, but after watching this it gave me a lot less anxiety just to see how calm and patient you were with your baby. And also what you do with the burping, egg light and swaddling, timing etc.

    Hi mama! Our little one LOVED being swaddled and it helped a ton with his sleep schedule. I’m so glad the Ollie is working for y’all! I use to not even take the entire swaddle off during the night (like just undo the bottom) when I would change/feed to stimulate him as little as possible… maybe that would help with him falling back asleep quicker 💕

    Im 23 weeks and im so overwhelmed! How should I carry him? How will i know when to feed him? Or change him? How will i know all the breastfeeding hacks to save the nips? Will i still be able to continue my job? When would i stop nursing? How do i know the things i need to buy? What temperature do babies sleep in? Its really hard thinking of all those things😭

      Update: my baby is 6 months old now! Looking back at this is such a reality check! I guess the answer to all those questions is just that you'll figure it out, there's no 1 size fits all solution.. I did go through PPD but breastfeeding was so touch on me, my milk ran out at 2.5 months and since I switched to formula I stopped overthrowing his growth and my mental health became better.

  • @Hollie_Gold
    @Hollie_Gold ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I loved this video! This is so similar to our nights. Feed her until she’s full, put her down in the bassinet, she cries, feed her again, rinse and repeat. She doesn’t like the bassinet though so her longest stretch has only been about 40 mins so far. To be fair, we’ve only just started putting her in it for the last few nights. She’s been in bed with me until now. (Controversial topic, I know) If she sleeps in bed with me she will sleep for 3-4 hours but I’ve been trying to get her to adapt to the bassinet because I want to establish good sleep habits before we accidentally form bad ones.
