Your best thing is, u dont care of video length etc but try to elaborate each concept efficiently... usually Utubers try to reduce video length to get high views.. but if viewers want to clear concept, they could take benefit from your videos
Sliding pr depends on the load,MS flow etc .It varies with the load and MS pr set point depends on the the sliding pr ,and equal to that of Sliding pr.And Actual MS pr varies. as per MS set pr .
Sir pls explain 3rd point in NR needs blocking, tsc on & faulty, it means we don't know the actual margin avl, but it should act when we want to cross critical speed, but if Nact>2850 that means we have already crossed it, then what is the point of blocking NR, pls explain
Excellent Sir...🙏
Thanks

Why +100% is given in speed control?. Please explain in detail
During overspeed or turbine tripped condition M/C comes on speed ctrl
Speed ctrl is very fast responsive mode.It will quickly close the control valve of Turbine
But sir why +100% given? What will happen if this +100% is added to the speed ctrl output?
CMC MEIN SLIDING PRESSURE AUTO MEIN KYO RAKHTE HAI, PLEASE EXPLAIN OR MAKE VIDEO. THANK YOU
Sliding pr depends on the load,MS flow etc .It varies with the load and MS pr set point depends on the the sliding pr ,and equal to that of Sliding pr.And Actual MS pr varies. as per MS set pr .
That's why Sliding pr kept on auto mode

In speed control mode Dn/Dt plays an important role when speed less than 2850 rpm.
@@rahulsirclasses1987 exactly Sir. That means NR blocking should happen when we want to cross 2850, means Nact
sir pls reply
@@Mayank14755 Critical zone is between 725 - 2850 rpm .NR blocking is done to avoid the turbine run in this zone .
@@rahulsirclasses1987 yes sir. TSC is faulty and if we have crossed 2850 we have already avoided it. Then also will NR blocking happen??
Nr is blocking during turbine coasting down@800rpm when set point is 650rpm what is reason for that???
During coasting down time NR tracks Nact by less than 20 rpm .
Is k=20 is valid to 250MW , 500 MW, and 660 MW? Does value of K changes according to power plant capacity?
K is the gain which depends on plant
For 250 MW K :- 15
For 500 MW K : 20

Generator operation mode ??
1-Stand alone mode
2- Island mode
3- parallel mode
Why 3600 is didived by 20 to get error
C&I instrument calibration is done on 3600 rpm.In USA 60Hz is used but in India 50hz is used
