    Sir, plz make a video on drum lvl control during start up and in emergency condition and also explain about 2 element,3element and dp mode for drum lvl controling

      That's a great suggestion. I will try to make a video on drum level control.

    Sir,
    While increasing the speed, critical speed care is taken by the system, but how can we control the speed passing through critical speed , while decreasing the speed or when the turbine is tripped ?

      @rahulsirclasses1987  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      During the ramp-up condition, the turbine is designed to change its speed during critical speed ranges. This is done to avoid operating the turbine at its critical speed, which could lead to high vibrations and potential mechanical damage.
      During the ramp-down condition, turbines don’t follow any fast ramp-down rates during these critical speeds. Reducing the speed too quickly could also lead to resonance and high vibrations.

    Sir, I have a dought. What is the difference between high pressure governing and low pressure governing system.

    • @rahulsirclasses1987

      High pr governing :- 32 kg pr line
      Low pr governing:- 8 kg pr line

    Sir,
    What are the critical speed values in 500 MW KWU Turbine ?

    • @rahulsirclasses1987
      @rahulsirclasses1987  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No exact data is available for the critical speed value ,if you have please share

      It depends on the make of machine, it's dead weight and combined torsional inertia. Hence check the manual of your turbine. The OEM will categorically specify it.

    Sir is this loop available in turbine under 40 MW or prebuilt in woodword governor
    Or not necessary there because i can't see anyprogram there in my system in first overview

      This system is typically used in larger turbines.

    Speed reference kab tak actual rpm ko track karta hai
    Load control o/p greater than speed control o/p + 5%
    Syn k baad jab load reference increase karenge to load control o/p much high than speed control o/p ho jayega tab
    Speed reference not tracking N(actual)

    • @rahulsirclasses1987
      @rahulsirclasses1987  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Speed reference will track the Actual RPM in the range between 2940-3060 RPM
