Hello Good Afternoon sir! Once again I just wanted to ask again! I have a slap tear in my left shoulder with 2 injections..i had 2 surgeries 1 carpal and 1 cubital tunnel release surgeries! Plus back and neck pain . From A Logging truck accident they were 💯 percent at fault the truck lost its axial and i ran over it on the highway her in Georgia!! I have a brain injury, and the attorney asked me a question that triggered me and I had an uncontrollable argument outburst with the opposing attorney. It felt so uncontrollable. I apologized, but my injury has caused me to have uncontrollable anger at random times... 😢😢. I wasn't so likable 1% of my deposition.... I will get this under control before trial... (I hope!)....
@AttorneyArkady yeah I was flowing out with anger, and before I knew it, I was full blown upset.. arguing with myself because the defense attorney was just apologizing for asking the question that upset me. I felt horrible afterward 😫
Question on if you see many motorcycle involved cases? I was stopped at a red light on my bike in September of last year, a woman rear ended me 4-5 times. Causing me to tip the bike and attempt to save it causing a loft of soft tissue damage to my left shoulder. Back and neck issues. Have received shots in my back neck and shoulder from doctor. No MRI, just xrays. Had a good concussion and migraines for a while. Pain shot up and down my arm for weeks. Working in a manual job (plumbing) I couldn’t really afford to miss work I have bills to pay after all. Couldn’t perform my job to best of my ability of course. Nervous and stressed to get back on a bike again. Dealing with Progressive insurance. So what do you think my case would be worth? Thank you
Sorry to hear this happened to you. I would recommend getting an MRI bc that will tell you your medical diagnosis and help figure out what’s the injury. How much is my case worth I got rear ended by a semi ,that had construction that was transporting construction equipment,it’s one of the biggest commercial transportation trucking company in North America,with the two Acdf fusions ,rotator cuff ,foraminal , steroids injections,2 years and a half pt lawsuit was submitted recently how will this take?
Police officer made a U-turn in front of me. He did not have his siren on. He was parked for several blocks several blocks up. I could see his lights on. I got a left hand lane and he came out on me as I was about to pass on, I proceeded because I was proceeding with the police car. I suffered a torn rotator, 3 cm 4 1/2 miles off of work. The offer said I came out of nowhere. I’m in Illinois. How much do you think my case is worth?
Torn rotator cuff with surgery is usually about 100k up to over 400k depending if anchors are needed and the overall impact to your life that you can show

With public sidewalks it will of course depend on liability. Sometimes it’s very difficult to sue the city but some areas like New York you can sue the adjoining landlord and recover from their insurance. The injuries you mention can be worth a substantial amount. It will depend on if you have injections or surgery. So it can be up to a few hundred thousand or even higher. Would need to do a full consult to give you an opinion on value

Defendant did not appear by the deadline so the court granted a default judgment.

Yes best to stay under control but with a TBI often times people cannot control their emotions. A doctor should explain that’s because of the TBI
