Sujathareddy- not sure if you know about health n diet language. U stop exercising or stop following your meal diet you tend to gain your weight back. So I request you to stop blaming VRK. I personally gained lot of benefits following VRK diet for 80 days. I had sever sciatic pain and this diet completely cured it. My thyroid medication dosage is also reduced. You need to follow VRK disclaimer before you blame him or anybody else. Anybody trying to propaganda diet plans have done their homework before they publicize. So appreciate if you be mindful in your comments
