A Tribute to Gary Bert Hagins

Lived April 16,1932 to Jan 30. 2010. This man was a Great Person,Student,Athlete.Marine,Husband,Father,Teacher,Catholic,Author,Artist,Theologian,Grandfather,Great Grandfather. He dedicated his whole live to others. He pursued knowledge and educated others,He loved The Arts and all that is good .This world needs this kind of person He will be missed !

My absolute favorite teacher and person. Graduated in 1966. Became a History major. He showed the way to learn and the joy of learning more. A truly beautiful, wonderful man.
Has been in my thoughts since graduation. Talked with him on the phone around December 2007.. My heart was so happy. I have read his books, too.. And now, to see this tribute, it fills my heart even more. His legacy to all of those he touched will live on, through all of us, through those we tell about this wonderful man. Thank you, Mr. Hagins.
