I was hoping to find a review of the aircraft version of this; but I guess you never got around to doing that one. I was also wondering if there's a way to change the sounds for this unit? I'm actually looking to try to use it for a sci-fi/prop/costume futuristic gun, and would want to use a different sound file for it.
Pretty neat.
Think I'll still rely on my ESS+ sound systems with a separate LED controller, though. This is really nice for the price, but i like being able to modify my sound profiles at will.

Can you/someone tell me how to wire the fpv camera servo into a rc car/truck? If you have a 2ch receiver do you just splice it into the steering servo? I have been trying to find a video but have had no luck.
on a separate channel. if you splice it with steering channel then your camera will turn with every move of steering that you do not want.
Hi,Ali,I know this is an older video,but I only recently bought this sound system to use on a Tamiya MAN truck.On my setup,the engine sound seems to be working in reverse to the motor direction.Do you know how i can change this?Also,how do i get the lights to work with my tx?(Turnigy 9x with Frsky internal module and ER9x frimware.)The instruction book doesn't mention the light connections.Many thanks.

Hello i have just got one of these units but i found the instructions very bad… i have plugged in my esc to the accelerator with two wires coming out back esc one goes to battery and other two wires? How do I plug in my two motor cables please? As currently my motor wont run…. Also the action of the unit is sporadic I wonder if its faulty?
I also bought it like yours, g.t sound simulator.
the problem is how to change the throttle direction at the start, mine is in a backward position even though the one that should be is going forward?
If you use a Flysky i6s tx then it's easy .. go to the touch screen settings panel (which is a spanner and screwdriver logo) .. then there should be displaying Reverse, End Points, Subtrim and bla3 .. so select Reverse .. and you will see a list of all the channels available depending on how many channels your Rx have .. so firstly you will need to identify which channel is your throttle servo connected to .. for example if throttle is in channel 1 .. so you will see
[Ch1 - Nor] if in this condition your facing the throttle backwards .. so just go ahead and select the Ch1 [Rev] change it to [Nor] .. where Rev stands for Reverse and Nor stands for Normal .. that should solve your problem mate ☺️✌🏻 hope my long explanation helps .. cheers ..

Great review, I've just got this and I'm having problems with forward and reverse sounds, they are backwards 😕 I push forward and it's the reverse sound, in reverse it's forward full throttle sound, if I switch the controller it's backwards if that makes sense 🤔 I'm using a brushless system and thumb stick controller.
Maybe the channel is reversed on your throttle to control it normally. that is the reason this system is doing that. maybe use the computer software and see if you can reverse the sound channel from there.
@@alishanmao Thank you, I put it into the laptop installed the update, opened the program and there is nothing to change or switch, I can switch it on my controller but it's still backwards 😕 I ended up changing the receiver and transmitter and now it's working.

that depends how many channels your radio has and you can always connect it to another channel

The RC car sound lights simulated system will NOT connect to the USB. Setup of Sound and Light Simulation system software says "No device was detected........." no matter what buttons i press. I have followed the instructons.

it is only sound simulator that works on Throttle. it has nothing to do with 3 speed or 2 speed or single speed
Ok thank you just wondered so I can’t use the 3 speed or do I splice the throttle lead together with the 3 speed lead ?

You just need to connect throttle lead to this and Throttle out to your ESC. rest 3 speed or 2 speed transmission has nothing to do with it. This one just need throttle signals from your Radio to generate Engine Sounds and RPMs.

I know about it works with throttle but the three speed servo is what I need to work what channel do I put it in has only horn connectors left I’m using the acoms techniplus -4 fm that came with it

i never used the software. I just use it and configure it with buttons

Bro, If you will buy ESC from a Hobby shop they will rip you off. In Urdu we say (Churi Bohat Taiz he - Knife is very sharp) hahahah

Quick question, What are the 2 outputs marked as 1st horn and 2nd horn on the bottom of the right hand side for?
That is for the speakers. One comes with the kit. You can add a 2nd speaker if you want.
It also has two different horn sounds.
1st horn is like a emergency vehicle.
2nd horn is like a car horn.
Well that is how mine came as standard.
I had problems opening the download files as they come so I have only used mine as standard setup.
