I had a really fucking bad case of covid and was ill for about 20 days in which I was admitted to hospital and didn't know if I was gonna pull through (which was worrying cos i'm 21). I did not stop listening to everyone blooms from the moment it came out. your music has pulled me through since 2013 and continues to do that to this day. i'm sure i'm not alone when i say we really needed this album right now. i love you guys
I'm very pleased you recovered, congrats! Everyone Blooms meant A LOT to me as well. TFB has been pulling us through hard times before we even realized they were doing it ;) hope your 2020 goes out way better than it arrived

Nice dudes! Drugs ARE great... But they'll destroy your life if you're not equipped with a steady supply of easy cash. It'll still inevitably ruin you, probably quicker, but if you're in that financial position you may have a very different experience of come downs and dragon chasing that doesn't turn into a full time, all consuming JOB. You become a slave to the substance. I have ~5 months. I don't like to keep track of sober time too closely; it just triggers drug thoughts that I end up not being able to shake for awhile. And it's only because I had to move to some little town in Sicily that i got clean. I can't get anything here. It gets easier everyday and deep down I know my body needed a break. But I still crave it. Hopefully I can keep this going and don't run into the wrong/right person. Kudos to anybody who's trying to get sober. It's hard.
I am a month clean of everything. I only drink at parties or maybe a bear to go to sleep. I was so hooked on just getting the next high to forget and ignore everything that it was awful. Keep in mind I had to do so much stuff just for a little cash which is even harder to look back on.

i've liked all of TFB's albums but i'll admit i'm more of a fan of the older stuff than the last few records and eps, but i gotta say this album is my favorite of the newer stuff by a LOT. this shit slaps!

This album is wonderful guys! Been a fan since the beginning when introduced by friends in PA back in 2012 and this is just fantastic resurgence of yesteryear vibes.

Somehow your music helped me get over lots of things, 2 of my family members having cancer and surviving it, a really bad breakup and fake friends
I feel you.. I have a father that had cancer but I'm sure the feeling is all the same. My father told me that life is short.. No matter what arises in your life you must enjoy every moment. Make money, make a living, create a family etc... but also try and enjoy the world around you before you lose that opportunity. You only have 30ish years from 20 before you can truly enjoy your experiences. Sounds so long but as a 22 year old it honestly sounds shorter the more I look at life. Rather be able to relive my experiences then recreate them:)

Was a big fan of the front bottoms back in the day during the self titled and talon of the hawk days. Nothing was better than going to a TFB show and screaming every lyric back at Brian. I always loved the boys, but over time I started to distance myself from their music. Back on Top and Going Grey were both just meh albums imo. In Sickness & In Flames tho is a masterpiece. Totally reignited my love for The Front Bottoms. also Brian's vocals are incredible on this album!!! TFB TFB TFB!!

That was the big appeal of their old music to me, but I love watching them grow. Artists evolve, and so of course there's nothing wrong with not listening to their new stuff if you don't like it, but part of what I love about following bands is the growth and change over the years.
