Грибы очень сильно пылят. Под закрытую дверь ложили мокрую тряпку и всё равно грибная пыль просачивалась. Так можно заболеть астмой.

You can grow them without doing that it's a fungus basically so you can grow on almost anything organic depending on the species but when you don't you basically just have a higher risk of some other kind of fungus or mold taking over whatever substrate you're using before the mushroom mycelium can take over

You can get grain spawn and spores from a number of place. And what was stuck in the end is most likely a polyfill stuffing (what's in pillows).

Treated would mean sawdust put in bag with boiling hot water then sealed to kill bacteria over several hours.

“Treated” means the substrate was submerged in boiling hot water for 12-24hrs to kill any micro organism. Then removed and excess water removed.
