Gothic 3, the bestest game ever! Nothing else even comes close. The degree of emotional attachment I felt, when I first ventured into Ben Erai, Lago etc, amidst the endless sands of Varant... Gives me chills, even now. And the music... It's divine, no other word to describe it.
What a fun game this was to play! It's great as long as you remember to _play along_ and not let all the fear and horror pull you under.. The weight of it can be *crushing* if you let it in. Hold me in, just me, and none of it can harm you

Dieses Video zeigt, das dieses Spiel ein Remake verdient hat, wo es auch wirklich fertig gestellt wird. Gothic 3 ist für mich das beste Schlechte RPG, das ich je gespielt habe. Und ich werde jedes mal wütend auf Joowood, wenn ich sehe was für potenzial das Spiel hatte. Die Gothic Serie könnte das deutsche the Witcher 3 sein.
what an awsome game this was, the whole series was A-game when they came out, true contenders to the true Elder scrolls, :) in this Movie i loved the desert parts\atoll parts, to few fantasy rpg games have any proper desert part, but this jewel of a game did, makes me get fond memory :) almost getting a tear or two
This shows what u can do when u truly take pride in ur work, this sentiment goes too anything one person do, when u take pride in whatever u are doing, that work will be 99% of the time good stuff, this is an awsome game, that looks A+ feels A+ and just is A+ :)

but gothic has a charme that witcher doesn't have. maybe a person can only understand it playing the german version of gothic and being a german native ^^
