Yeah but he should really stop rolling tree stumps forth and back with living creatures under it.
Thats the most effective way to crush every living being that is bigger as a bug.
Try to lift it straight up or better, leave sleeping or resting(hibernation etc.) alone until they can handle themselves again.

My favorite part was the end of the video, when you got distracted by a Damselfly in the middle of your wrap up. A reaction that shows your dedication to the craft. Oooh, a Damselfly...

The last shots of the take-off are just exceptional and so hard to get !
The fact that you can walk wearing a tee-shirt means warmer days incoming with a lot more insects to look for. I wish you (and all of us) wonderful moments searching and finding them 🙏

You came up in my feed so I had to check this out, I really like the way you've made your video. It's educational while still very capturing. Macro photography has always seemed very cool to me and it seems like you really like doing it. I love the way that you capture all of the smaller worlds that surround us everyday. It really puts things into perspective that there is so much more out there than what usually meets the eye. Keep up the great work man and don't lose your passion. It's a wonderful thing you're doing :)

Great video. Not going to lie, I've became really interested into starting macro because of one of your videos. I've watched tons of videos about macro. Most of them were done by generic type of photography TH-camr with sterile background office and reading the general script. You, on the other hand, made it so basic and down to earth, while making incredible photos. Good job!

cheers mate. because of your channel i threw an old macro front adapter lens on my RF100-400 and went out to a local park these days to check every tree i could get close. and i actually found the most insane looking alien bug i ever saw in my life. its called LONGANG LANTERNFLY 😮
i tried handholding some stacks without flash but he was a fast fella. and we slowly went in circles around that tree where i tried to keep him in frame long enough for a stack. what an insane looking thing! 😂 thanks for sparking my interest for macro again.
