Haha I've been playing this game for nearly 4 years and I learned something in that video: I didn't know you could start a path from a gridded piece! So thanks Moomin!
you my friend are fantastic i’ve watched a decent bit of your vids and i hope u grow big one day, u are jus great and super clear and funny i keep recommending you to friends
Well, I have purchased the game about 2 years ago. In the past I enjoyed Rollercoaster Tycoon a lot, so I thought I’d enjoy Planet Coaster just as much. I have been playing the game on and off, so no, I am certainly not great at it and still need to learn a lot. Moomin, thank you for this basics video, it is indeed helpful to those new to the game, or those (like me) who just need to practice more. I don’t how you would feel about it, but how about doing sort of a “Planet CoasterCollege” video series. That would be great. In the meantime, keep up the good work, your own creations, competitions and lots more. And off course, please keep your sense of humour. 😉
Ah love this Moomin! I only have about 1,000 hours but there is always more to learn in the game. and this is super helpful for anyone just getting into the game. love this!
One thing I really struggle with is building entrances, I never know how to transition the entrance into rides or different areas, can you consider doing a tutorial of this?
Darn! If only I’d seen this vid a few weeks ago before I tried to manually fit pathing onto a grid on flattened terrain inside a building! I’m into my fifth park build and I didn’t know pathing could snap to a building grid! Mind blown!
Hey Melissa - I hope you don’t mind me interrupting but I’m a console player and I did a tutorial on pathing on consoles - this is the link for it This Changes EVERYTHING!!! Planet Coaster Console Edition th-cam.com/video/NwGWPsADQhM/w-d-xo.html
It blows my mind how there isn't a simple tutorial scenario in this game?? They just decided to make a few videos and "good luck". You could have at least a scenario where they teach you to build a simple ride and decorate it, maybe introduce you to the management panel.
Hi moomin I'm the guy who you removed from your discord for being underage. I sure hope I can join back one day as I didnt have a chance to share my creations with you. I will hopefully be there next year in September when I'm 13.much love, theme park finley
@@MoominLittlesocks I did see your dm and I will definitely see you next year.it does brake my heart a little I have to wait a year but its life I guess
Hey moomin, I wanted to ask a question. Should I feel guilt for taking inspiration from you or other creators? For instance the lettering you use in worthington farms I really liked and I’m using it in my park. Btw thanks for the inspo!
Absolutely not! The whole point of my channel is to try to inspire. We all borrow ideas from eachother all the time; that's the wonderful thing about the PlanCo community 👍
I know this is totally irrelevant to this video, here is the highest chance of being read, so I have a suggestion for a new park. an indoor shopping mall park

me too 😂
So I’m looking for ways to cover up/hide areas that I don’t want seen like large areas of open grass outside of a fence
Great work! Thanks for pumping videos for us. I’ve been playing for 4-5 years and learned something. Crazy.
I remember the first time I played planet coaster on my dads computer, as I was much younger at the time of release. And, wow, has this game changed!

Praise this man for this video
I wish I had your videos when I started playing Planco. Very well structured and explained, as always.
Great video. Bough this games years ago, but just started plsying
Perfect time to make this video considering it's on summer steam sale.
Even having been in this game since Beta, its nice to see a well done intro and refresher. :)
Great video moo. Short, concise and extremely helpful for new players. Thank you for all you do for the community
Get this man to 10k

Will definitely consider it 👍😄
Love the easter egg on down left corner

its almost like you knew i've started playing this game again after a 5 month hiatus 😅
Good to see you back Moomin!!! Great video as always
tapping the bumpers works as an alternative to ctrl F in advanced move
happy to see more people stay on Planet coaster than move to planet zoo
Hi, I have a problem... my interlocked, placed components slip around when they are placed in each other. what´s the problem?
The lack of Ctrl+C Ctrl+X on console is infuriating
Great Video, Glad to see a new video. Thanks
How do I get the path grid on console?? It doesn’t show in the same place as yours did😭

Wow, I never knew such a thing existed! Very interesting.
amazing video! I struggle a lot with park layouts and I dont know where to place stuff, i know about inspiration but still i find it hard, any tips?
Have a look at my A Very British Park series. Might be helpful! I also have a Park Planning video.
@@MoominLittlesocks Alright thanks 🙏
When building does this eat into other operations whilst park is open? 🤔
and im still waiting patiently for a new planco series
Your patience is appreciated.
I think it's gonna help a lot of people, greats explanations here ;)

Planet coaster / planet zoo /jurasic park features would be perfect to ad to Elite Dangerous , imagine a real planet filled with amusement parks .

Hi Finley. Hopefully you got my DM explaining the reason in full. Again, I apologise and hope to see you in the server next year.

Not only did I shout, but became "triggered" as a console player. Thankfully, the Chief Beef received proper trim work and I was able to calm myself.
Thank heavens.
