The best day of my life was hanging with Cappadona in the NJ wu tang mansion when I was 17 in high school. This was when he was finishing up his first album the Pillage. We smoked blunts and he rhymed the whole album in front of me. It was just me and him. In fact I still have the roach clip from the last blunt I smoked with him inside the Ghostface Ironman cassette box. Fuck I miss the 90s

@VloneFrank I remember some of the tracks that day down in the basement studio and it sucked having to wait another year to actually hear them again until the album was released. I still remember what he told me at the wu wear store in Staten Island. He was like u were there with me during that album than most of the clan. I still have a picture of me and him chilling in the wu kitchen
I want on a liquor run with Cappadonna somewhere in NJ or NY. Cappadona grabbed a six-pack of Heineken and took 3 beers out. I'm like "Wtf you doing?" He said, "I was going to buy three because there's three of us in the car." That's when I figured out you could buy loosie beers.
(For 2 days I thought everyone in NY and NJ were stealing single beers because every six-pack had one missing. 😂 I'm from Chicago and we can't do that. )
I told him they would want another one after the first so he put them back in and bought the six pack.
The next night we were all in Staten Island and it was the first time I seen a big huge tobacco leaf that they would rip off a small piece and roll a blunt with. We were rolling blunts all night off of one leaf. Also, we don't have that shit in Chicago.

I snuck into a Cappadonna concert when I was in high school. He was literally chilling at the bar, taking pics and drinking a heineken before going on stage. I remember he had the biggest Jesus piece around his neck. No security, straight dolo. I remember developing a pic I took at walgreens and showing off at school.😂😂

Masta Killa has IMO the best line on Triumph. Out of so many, and the way Deck opens the whole thing. MK is underappreciated.
Masta Killa is a silent assassin. Not talking about enough but lowkey one of the best, I always love his verses.

I think Method Man has an unbeatable flow style but Ghostface Killah has some powerful storytelling skills. I don't know if someone already put it out there but you should do a Full album review of Cappadonna's The Pillage that whole album is literally a BANGER!

Lol All 10 members are so dope I don't have a favorite because depending on the track one of them can just spazz out on that particular track just like Cappadonna did on this track. Check out "Criminology" that is probably my favorite Reakwon song. It's a classic. And watch the video it will make you appreciate it more.

That Iron Man album is a classic fam... I think its slept on a little bit though cause the purple tape which came out prior to it was so fire. The Iron Man album has a little bit of a different feel to it beat wise also.
