    The sticker kit would be more appealing if you supplied duplicate 10 to 50 yards stickers for us uk sub 12 ft lbs shooters that are never going to use all the others past 50 yards. Very good video as always, well presented. Keep up the good work Giles 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    It works very well with my .22 single shot. Simple to adjust and right on point with elevation and windage. A great buy for any hunters or for competition.

    Awesome video! Just received my FX Impact here in the USA. It was a tough decision, but I had to settle for either a scope or PCP air compressor. I went with the air compressor and a decent red dot sight. Thanks for posting the videos. It can be allot of work to do them.

    My utg scope is best to set it and not mess with the dials I do believe, and use the mildots for hold over hold under....one I might get a $500 scope.

    • @markmtbrider
      @markmtbrider 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Daryl Moorehouse I would like to try one on 44. The 56 bubble level scope is pretty good for the money it seems, but heavy on my already heavy benji xl 22.

    • @senatorjosephmccarthy2720
      @senatorjosephmccarthy2720 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@markmtbrider , yes, just getting familiar with a scope will do it. Like shooting a bow without sights. My UTG is focus correct from 15 y to Infinity, so all I do is learn the holdover/under and if necessary, refer to my range card taped to the stock.
      Simple woiks.

    WHY TF do blokes have this dialling bs thing? absolutely ridiculous- those lil marks on the ret were designed for a reason 🤦🏻‍♂️ before the keyboard warriors start I’ve had a full career as a Royal Marine’s sniper, love my air rifles but fk me dialling is like disabling power steering to drive yer car! the best example of this horse crack is Ted ( whom I love watching) proudly pontificating about the ret he designed for the scopes designed with Dubber & co THEN promptly DIALS for range! 🤣😆🙄🤦🏻‍♂️🤷‍♂️ only reason I can think of is because they like how gucci it feels? 😃🤣

    • @FarmerFpv
      @FarmerFpv 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      This just for distance, be more specific in what your asking? Scope stickers are not a solve all, shooting takes years of practice to compensate the inviroment. The get you into the ball park range of a target. If you want a scope that can do all that get the top of the line ATN scope stay away from their base models.

  • @MrRockstar1968

    Looks like it'll be a tight squeeze to get each 5 yard increment to fit on.
    Did you highlight your '0' zero markers on your turrets with a red marker pen?

    • @FarmerFpv
      @FarmerFpv 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is no point in marking every 5 yards s the climb & drop are insignificant. 10 yards is the minimum I would do for a low-powered air rifle.

    • @MrRockstar1968
      @MrRockstar1968 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@FarmerFpv I'm afraid that depends on the caliber, the weight of pellet and the ft-lb of of the rifle of which you have no idea what my rifles are and every 5 yards do make a difference for making head shots to small game such as rabbits, pigeons, squirrels and rats etc or even target shooting. I like my accuracy so I'll keep my 5 yards increments.

  • @manuelchoi5590
    @manuelchoi5590 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Will 100 yard will just be double the clicks on the turret of 50 yard?

  • @richardhodds7812
    @richardhodds7812 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    So at 30 yds you are 14.1 OK so why do you need a sticker just dial to 14.1, simples.
    what if you change pellets they could be completely different.

I understand it's the cut off for allowable guns without a special license BUT I' pushing between 10 ft lbs and 85 ft lbs out of my .177 , .25 and .30 cal. rifles. respectfully. Nice not to have restrictions yes?

    Without an accurate range wheel you won't know what to dial in.

  • @bluewater454
    @bluewater454 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    One thing I have noticed about these speed dialing videos is that no one ever talks about the features of the scope you need to be able to do this. Kind of important, dont you think?

    • @MrPaddy1000111
      @MrPaddy1000111 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Don't really need any special features. Just need to had turrets and not covered adjusters. Being able to remove the turret etc etc is just a benefit of spending money

    • @bugsy742

      Mate dialling literally went out with “dial up internet” 👍😎😆 it’s pointless, imagine rabbits at different ranges, unless they are deaf they ain’t gunna be hanging around while we fk about with turrets 🤣 wtf do these people do when the light drops away? 🤷‍♂️ guess they get a torch out too? 😎😆

    • @MrPaddy1000111
      @MrPaddy1000111 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@bugsy742 I use the dialling technique and it works a treat. Rabbits never see/hear them unless your turrets are stupidly loud. I use a range finder to work out the ranges before hand then just dial them in. It means I can use whatever magnification I want and not have to remember hold overs/hold unders at 18 different magnification values. Just select whatever mag I want and select the range, job done

    • @bugsy742
      @bugsy742 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Patric ah the old 2nd focal plane issue 👍 what do you do when it’s dark mate? 😎 I didn’t mean the noise of the turrets my friend but more of the round hitting its mates head and or the sound of each round being fired 🤙 that said I think we are all outta rabbits where I am!, never seen so few 🤷‍♂️

    • @MrPaddy1000111
      @MrPaddy1000111 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@bugsy742 I just use 6x-12x mag. It's a 50mm scope and handles well in the low light. I don't really shoot when it's dark, the rabbits are out in the light so no need. Like I said, I range before hand so I know that tree is 30 yards, that post is 50 etc etc. Same by me now number wise, they got mixy recently so I took out the ones that were left which were more mercy killings haha!
