really? I thought the one where he arrived was hardly a beach with boulders and rocks. the one where he ends was ofcourse a beach but a very different one and ofcourse the boat couldn't have been there as self driving boats aren't made yet.
he clearly arrives somewhere else in the end and he finishes his journey and sits down enjoying the view.
if only he drove back to the right beach or maybe they wanted us to assume the beach as a metaphorical character

Just watching this guy climb to the top of these rugged, rocky mountains made my hands sweat... how incredibly talented and brave he is. Somehow he’s made bike riding look splendid and absolutely beautiful! Much, much respect dude!

Just WOW. the thumbnail shot at 4:16 is just breathtaking. Stumbled onto Danny's Sky to Edinburgh video 10-15 years ago and I am still amazed at his talent and the incredible production of these video's. It's what humans do right.

What an epic experience watching this video. Obviously the beautiful environment and scenery is only challenged by the pure enjoyment and seemingly effortless riding of Mr. Macaskill and his extraordinary unmatched skill on a bike.
This man is a true artists who puts it all on the line. The country is beautifully majestic, and the music and production are first class. I appreciate that he's not out there banging around on a smelly, noisy motorcycle. I wish I knew this man.

Takes insane skill and nerve to do this. I raced BMX bikes when I was a kid and got into mountain bikes in my 20s (long time ago) and I would never even think of doing this trail. Would be cool if I had the skill and was 30 years younger!

Posting this, so every time someone likes this, I'm reminded of Martyn Bennett, whose last album - the Celtic fusion masterpiece, Grit - features this song 'Blackbird'. Bennett recorded Grit at his lymphoma's worst, when he could no longer play his instruments. 33 years young, he succumbed to cancer. What an exceptional tribute to his grit and legacy, for Danny to have cycled up this treacherously beautiful ridge. Things people do - hats off to these legends. ❤️

My brother did some biking up the Cuillin ridge in Skye too and mostly tore the place up. Afterwards, the coroner said it was the most broken bones he'd ever seen in one person.

This is one of the first videos that got me hooked into mountain biking back in 2014. Watching this video now brings all the flashbacks from when I used to take my first hard tail into some light off-roads.
Still to this day that flip on the fence never gets old and is just amazing
