I just wanted to tell you I pray for you two, very regularly, and will continue to do so. I completely agree that keeping your focus on God, memorizing and meditating on prayer, and growing strong in the faith is how you get through times and struggles like this. Thank you so much for sharing these videos, they are always a great encouragement to me! ♥️
Thanks for sharing, . My mother had a problem with getting pregnant, my parents were married for 10 years and then I arrived, Gods perfect timing for my life. I'm now 70 and see why it took so long for the birth of me.The Lord has perfect timing. I pray for you all the time.
I just want to say I have a 14 year old daughter after struggling with infertility for 15 years prior. She is truly our miracle. We did do 2 IUI's that failed. We conceived 100% natural. It was a total surprise. God's timing is always perfect. And can I just say don't ever underestimate the of what a Aunt means to her neices and nephews. I know they mean so very much to you, but I can tell you that you mean just as much to them. Having an aunt you can be that close to is a true blessing. ❤
I have a friend who had issues with fertility. They struggled so much. Through prayer they decided to adopt. About 2yrs after they adopted a beautiful baby girl they became pregnant and had another beautiful baby girl. While pregnant the were asked to adopt another child from the same mom as the first baby they adopted. About 3yrs later they got pregnant and had their second child. They are now parents to 4 amazing and beautiful girls. I am praying hard for y’all. God knows what he is doing and he will provide. I love y’all. God bless ❤
Not an elimination of pain….but for peace. That is a great way to say it. From someone who has experienced infertility, I pray that God is walking beside you and holding you up every step of the way.
Oh Brandon and Michaela, you are such a blessing to us all. My husband and I suffered through infertility for eight years, with no answers. We were blessed with the gift of a child in a most unexpected way and then with a surprise pregnancy almost four years later. God is faithful and it truly is in His perfect timing. I’ve watch your journey and keep you both in my prayers. My children are now grown with children of their own. I pray this is your destiny as well. Much love to you both. ❤ Julia
Don’t get discouraged. Friends of ours tried so long for a baby. The went into fostering and adoption. At 50 she got pregnant with her miracle baby. God is always good.
You are such a beautiful couple! I prayed for my miracle baby for over 12 yrs. I grieved miscarriages but God did answer my hearts prayer. He gave me the beautiful blue-eyed, blonde baby girl that I so longed for. It was in His time, which was the right time. I'm praying for ya'll to have your prayers answered as well. He is forever faithful⚘️
After I received Jesus Christ as my Savior when I was 15 years old I began asking God for a godly husband and children. He never gave me a husband but He let me lead many people to the Lord so now I have spiritual children and grandchildren all over the world! There’s no limit to the number of people you can point to Christ. I thank Him for sweet contentment. His ways are so much higher than our ways. I’m almost 70 now. “Even so come, Lord Jesus “ Praying God will bless and strengthen and encourage you both. We can always grow closer to Him. Thanks for sharing your journey from your heart. God is using your testimony in mighty ways ❤
I love these 2. They are so cute. They are my favorite Bates/Keilin’s. They are so real and genuine 😇❤️. I hope God does bless these 2 precious souls with many children. How heartbreaking it must be what they are going thru.
You truly are a beautiful testimony of God's grace. Thank you for being so honest, compassionate and encouragers. I struggled with infertility and remember being so discoourage, so heartbroken and feeling so scared that I would not have the blessing of becoming a Mother. That thought and feeling, was so consuming that one night crying to God , I said to Him: Lord this is what I wolud love to be, but if it's not in you plans for me, just please take away this desire from my hear and fill it with what you want not what I want. I remember thinking that I didn't want to live my life with what if's. We knew that we will be OK if it wasn't in His plans for us to have children. And then after I surrender my heart and desires to Him, we got the biggest surprise of ours lives ang got pregnant when we least expected. I had my son at 40 yrs old. Sometimes, we just need to not only trust but always remember that God will always give us what we need, not what we want. His plans are always better .
Michaela I think out of all the married Bates children you and Brandon are most like your Mom and Dad. You can tell that you two have a deep affection for one another and for the Lord . You show what it is like to be a true Proverbs 31 Woman. ❤ you both and thank you for sharing your faith. You both are an inspiration to us ❤
You guys are such an amazing couple! I pray for you constantly for you to be blessed with children. You all would make wonderful parents! I contuinly also pray for your grandparents. Dementia is very difficult to watch someone you love who has it. I work in the nursing field so I've been around it for a long time. God bless you both
I’m from Wyoming and I’m so glad you enjoyed our state! We live in Idaho now and it has some really beautiful places too! Especially Coeur D’Alene. You are great examples to people!
Years after being married and not getting pregnant, my husband and I adopted our daughter…and then 3 years later our son. I understand adoption can seem scary, but my husband was adopted and the step didn’t seem foreign to us….possibly you two are the catalyst for adoption in your families? (and of course Tiffany Bates)…..my mother-in-law gave birth to 3 kids and adopted 4…I am so grateful for my two children….its been 25 years and I cannot imagine the emptiness of not raising children. They are amazing adults, a gift beyond words. Their souls were always meant to be our children, they just ended up with better looking genes🤣 Your infertility walk is extremely private and I hope I’m not offending or overstepping, you’re both the sweetest people and just wanted to pass along a little encouragement.
As a woman of 60, I feel for you both. Children are truly a blessing. Six years ago (2018) I had a blood clot that almost wasn't caught. The ER doc saved my life with a last-minute CAT Scan of my chest. It turns out I have a clotting disorder I never knew about. So why is this important? I have 2 living children both in their 30's but I also was pregnant 6 other times. Some I lost early on and while painful emotionally and physically I lost a pregnancy at around the fifth month which was devastating. Yet somehow, He gave me my daughter and then my son. Then 6 months after his birth I ended up having a hysterectomy at 28. There is a plan for you and even though we do not know all the details, God does. I have added you both to my baby prayers May He hear you and may the one soul out there also hear you and choose you to be their parents. Blessings
I love you both!! My prayers are always with you! I want to share a quick story. My next door neighbor was struggling with infertility for more than 12 years that I knew about. They adopted their little boy and before they were able to receive him, she found out the she was PG. she had her baby girl months before her son had turned 1. They are now a family of 4, and the 2 kids are all grown and now they have 6 grandkids! All is possible! Much love!
Several times during your message I’m reminded of my favorite scripture…. Romans 8:24-26 “For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.”❤
Glacier is on our family's bucketlist! You would love the Selway and Lochsa Rivers (Kooskia, ID)... it's close to the Montana border, but it's in Idaho. It's absolutely beautiful!
I’m from the Black Hills of South Dakota. Truly my favorite part of the country, though mountain ranges like the Grand Tetons just show the majesty of our Lord. My in laws have land in view of Devils Tower. It’s a beautiful view.
Y'alls channel is such a blessing!🤍 I would love to hear the stories about how the Lord answered prayers in your family when you were younger Michaela! Praying for y'all.🤍
Michaela and Brandon, I've written this to you several yrs ago, but here goes again. A young preacher told me during my struggle to conceive after 2 miscarriages, 1 ectopic, and 12+ yrs., that conceiving was the easiest thing God can do. Look at Sarah, Elizabeth, Hanna, Mary! We had tried everything short of emplanting the embryo. After AI failed in March of that year, I decided to close myself in my home, turned off the telephone, actually prayed in a closet and fasted for 2 weeks, not necessarily starving, just giving up things that would occupy my mind, body, etc. I had come to the conclusion that if this didn't work, I would accept His decision and Grace would abound. On May 3rd, 1992,, we found out we were expecting. In Dec of that year, I had a perfect pregnancy and a whopping 8.11 lbs baby boy. He was everything I had prayed for. I then had another ectopic pregnancy the year after, my Mother died suddenly, had to have an emergency C-section, but God's timing is always perfect. I know your family loves you and I'm so thankful they include you with the babies. That was always the hardest part to be happy when it's not happening for you. You and Brandon are so gracious and God sees.and hears and knows all of it. I love watching you two, please make more videos. I hate we don't get to see the weekly show. They were so fun! God Bless!
Your excitement for your nieces and nephews is from Jesus. Those babies are so blessed to have you both in their lives to encourage and love them, how lucky are they! Bless you both I just know that you will be parents somehow ❤
Truly inspiring how gracious you both are . My sister lost her husband therefore children didn’t happen for her but she pretty much was a second mother to my daughters . She is everything to them and me. To this day they adore her and remember everything she did with them 🥰 also my friend tried 8 years to conceive then out of the blue gave birth to two daughters back to back. Gods timing not ours 🙏🏻
Sequoia National will always be my favorite. Not only because it’s in my back yard and so I’ve been there many times, but because my mind automatically shifts to the place in the road where the smell changes, where the manzanita mixes with the pines and it just smells so like I have arrived, the minute that smell hits my nose. Devils’s tower in Wyoming holds one of my favorite memories too. My daughter and I were traveling from Colorado (yes I’m a CA girl born and raised, with a temporary CO time out while my husband went to college) to Missouri with my Grandfather to visit family and see where my Grandparents were raised, we stopped for a picnic, of fried chicken and the sides from the grocery store near my house. My grandpa always remarked that it was one of his very favorite meals and by it being that for him it has always been that for me. I remember back on that often, especially since his passing so it is definitely one of my favorite National Park stops for that trip through alone.
My family and I just got back from TN and we went to Cade's Cove and Dollywood!!! We saw about 4-5 black bears (cubs included) at Cade's Cove. We rented an AirBnB in the mountains and there were bears walking right outside our front door!!! We had so much fun! Yellowstone is on our bucket list. Happy Anniversary!!!! ❤
Just want to say that you are such an inspiration! I’m 61 and I’ve always thought I’ve had good faith but when I listen to you talk about your infertility I don’t have near the faith I should! Such a godly Christian couple! ❤
You two are such a blessing to me. Michaela you were a special blessing on the first show, and I’m so grateful that God put you two together, now you’re both a blessing. My daughter wasn’t able to have children, then God called her home March, 11, 2023 and oh how I miss her. I had told her about your story and she listened to your story and she admired your faith. I love you both!
You both have such a calming presence. I look forward to hearing from you. If I’m having a rough or even so-so day, your presence on your vlogs calms me instantly. We too had fertility issues. We had our first baby, a boy when I was 22 and my husband was 26. It had taken us 11 months to conceive, but we didn’t really tie it to fertility issues. At age 28 it once again took us over a year to conceive. We had our precious little baby girl who was born very prematurely and only lived 9 hours and 25 minutes. She would have turned 41 this year and the pain is still present in my life.we decided to try to conceive again and that is when we learned that I had severe endometriosis. I had surgery two times in one year for it. The second surgery was for something else but my dr told us that the endometriosis had done a lot more damage three months after the first surgery. Finally I was taking hormones to stop ovulation for six months to try to let my body heal. At the end of the hormone treatment, within two weeks I was back to the level of physical pain I had lived with for years. Another trip back to the dr and he gently told me that my chances of conceiving again were pretty slim and that I should go home and pray that I was the one woman out of fifty who would conceive again and that he didn’t know if we could get close enough to full-term to have a viable baby. I left there and went for. I comfort from an older woman who was a great spiritual guide for me. I sat there and cried and said, that I just felt in my heart that our family wasn’t complete yet. The feeling was more than just wanting another baby. This wise woman looked at me and said, “you have just defined faith.” I asked her what she meant and she explained about believing that what you cannot see but your heart feels. She kindly suggested that we set a time limit in terms of actively trying to conceive again, and suggested something like 3 months. She had witnessed all my tears and grief in the recent years and said that perhaps god had something else in mind for us. She wasn’t suggesting to totally walk away from having another child but just let go and give it to god. My husband and I agreed on 3 months. As the three months was drawing to a close, we were trying to prepare ourselves for the possibility of not having another child. I attended a women’s retreat sponsored by our statewide church. During those 3 days I spent time processing the loss of our precious little Elizabeth and asking god what he had in store for me if another baby wasn’t going to be in our lives. Little did I know that we had conceived already earlier that month. It was a rough pregnancy with severe morning sickness, being hospitalized for it several times, then having to have stitches to prevent the baby from spontaneously aborting, and finally gestational diabetes. All in all I spent about two months in the hospital. Finally at full-term our perfect little rainbow baby girl was born. She has been a joy to everyone in our lives. She turned 38 earlier this month and is a wife and mother to two wonderful children. I have shared this too long of story as I related so much to what you were saying about faith and trying to discern what god has planned for you. I admire your closeness to all your nieces and nephews. I don’t think I could have been so strong and was secretly glad that my sisters and brothers were not having another baby. God bless you both. Please sharing your lives with the rest of us.
I live in Montana and if you do come back to our state, you have to get to Glacier National Park! It will be the most beautiful place you have ever seen! I promise!
I watch you guys all the way from the UK and find you both so wonderful, the love you have for each other and the Lord is amazing and love you guys. Praying for you both xx
Michaela you are such a Great Big Sister to your siblings. I loved my Older siblings. I loved going to their houses and hanging with them.Thank you for loving them and being there for them.
You guys are just truly amazing. I pray that God will make you parents as he sees fit. I to struggled with fertility. I had 6 miscarriage. I just accepted that God had a different plan for me
You are the sweetest couple...I have always enjoyed the Bates family and have seen every one of their shows..this old mamaw feels like a part of the family...praying for you all..absolutely love watching your videos and how much you love each other ❤❤
I had a miscarriage after trying for 5.5 years and it was very healing to hold a newborn afterwards. We already had a 7-year-old miracle boy at the time and have dealt with about 20 years of infertility. We are very grateful for our son.
Thank you for your faith. It means so much to all of us to see young people love the Lord as you both do. Also know you both are in my prayer journal and I daily lift you up for the Lord to bless you with children if it is His will.
My faith is so much better and different than my parents!! I recently realized that God has never stopped giving spiritual gifts out and have been freed from the spirit of religion and now I'm happier, more joy filled and experiencing God in new and wonderful ways!!!
You both brighten my day when I watch your video. The question I submitted was regarding adoption and if you would consider that and I was so glad to hear Brandon mention that it has not been ruled out. I pray for you guys everyday. I pray a rosary everyday and I mention you both during my prayers. I ask God to allow you to become parents. You both are the most genuine and authentic couple of kids I listen to!! Thank you for sharing! I would love a video of you interviewing your mothers.....it is evident they did a fantastic job of raising you!! God bless!
Want to add to the infertility question with this. Investing time in another family via childcare gives strength to a family. That is being used of God in a powerful way to have strong families in Christ. We need that! Too many are on their own trying to deal with their blessings with no support. For those willing to take the step of faith in doing that even if you don’t feel you can…it will bless you too! Praying for you who are in this heartache, that you can see the value you have in Gods plan to strengthen the family of God.
You two are so special and so genuine and my absolute favorite of all the bates family and couples. I truly pray you get your miracle baby whether it is naturally or through adoption. God has a plan for you and your patience with God is admirable.
On Christmas Eve all our different families gather together.we always read the Christmas story from Luke 2. Then we sing happy birthday to Jesus! The next morning each family has Christmas at their house.
Brandon, I really appreciate your words, "It's not an elimination of pain, but there is a peace." and praising the Lord that you have His peace that passes all understanding as you and Michaela walk this very difficult road.
I love you two and watching and listening yo your channel. Y’all are such a beautiful couple inside and out and love the Lord so much! Thank you both for sharing. ❤
I love you both so much and even though I don't know you now someday I will hug you both in heaven and spend eternity praising and giving Him the glory together. Your sister in Christ
I am on the other side of both primarily and secondary infertility. Our family is complete. I see now the finger prints of God. Parenthood has been a roller coaster ride and happy he is in control.
Hey y'all, My Hubby & I struggled with getting "P" & finally did only to lose our sweet baby at 2 months. We were never able to get "P" again, but it definitely brought us closer to the Lord & to each other. We work with a couple of different children's classes at church & that helps. The thongs to do in East TN would be awesome. I grew up in Knoxville, Midway & Greeneville. So many awesome things to do in all of East TN. Great video. 😊
Thank you for always pointing us towards Christ! 🙏🏼 Your channel is such a blessing to many and God is using your story to further His Kingdom! Praying and thanking God for you both as well as your families! 🙏🏼 ❤️
Thank you for your blog. It is so inspiring. I share a birthday with you Michaela, and infertility too. We were married for 14 years before God directed us to adopt from China. We now have 2 beautiful adult daughters.
Those are some great questions. Thanks for opening up and sharing your lives with us. You two are such a sweet couple. I have been praying that God blesses you with a baby. Your nieces and nephews are so blessed to have you both to spend time with and do fun things with them.
Thank you so much for answering these questions. You both speak so lovingly and always uplift me in your words of advice or experiences. May the Lord continue to bless your marriage to two wonderful people. God bless you both.
You guys are so amazing. Ty for sharing your faith and for sharing about your Jesus. I also do pray for you often. I pray for papa Bill and Jane also. I know God is going to bless you and Brandon beyond measure. Love the Bates family. Be blessed.
I just wanted to tell you I pray for you two, very regularly, and will continue to do so. These conversations are a soothing balm in a crazy world.
Perfectly said, amen.

Would you do an episode where you walk through wedding day. Share moments of what you were feeling or behind scenes funny things. Would love that

Oh I’m so glad you had a good trip! I always love seeing the black bears.
I’m in TN as well, I live about an hour from you all! Near Johnson City, TN.
I love you guys! You have such gentle spirits. Your faith is so strong. You guys shine with the love of God. God bless you coming and going. 🙏🙏❤
Love this vlog and love that you two have such a love for the Lord...Remember He is faithful and He hears our prayers...love you two...
I love the Collingsworth Family also.
Love seeing your weekly vlogs and how great in opening the eyes of your nephews and nieces through art
Just want to say that you are such an inspiration! I’m 61 and I’ve always thought I’ve had good faith but when I listen to you talk about your infertility I don’t have near the faith I should! Such a godly Christian couple! ❤
Thank you for sharing. You're truly a Christ centered inspiration❤ Praying for you.
Love, love the warmth that shines through each of you!
God bless you both ♥️ Beautiful couple for God's Glory 😊
Thank you for letting us be part of your lives. I love the Q&A’s! God is great!
What a remarkable couple you are! Praying God pours out his blessings on you!!
I live in Montana and if you do come back to our state, you have to get to Glacier National Park! It will be the most beautiful place you have ever seen! I promise!

We love your pure hearts and eloquent way of communicating. God bless you both ❤
Thankyou for sharing. Prayers for papa bill and Jane. My grandparents lived on the farm and they created the most special memories for us.
You guys are just truly amazing. I pray that God will make you parents as he sees fit. I to struggled with fertility. I had 6 miscarriage. I just accepted that God had a different plan for me
You are the sweetest couple...I have always enjoyed the Bates family and have seen every one of their shows..this old mamaw feels like a part of the family...praying for you all..absolutely love watching your videos and how much you love each other ❤❤
I introduced “Redeemer of the Rain” to my pastors wife last year. She loved it so much that she based our ladies retreat on that song. It’s beautiful!
You guys are so sweet!!! I am praying for you both!!! 🙏
I love the way the adult Bates siblings, have married Godly people and you share your faith

What a sweet tradition!
Brandon, I really appreciate your words, "It's not an elimination of pain, but there is a peace." and praising the Lord that you have His peace that passes all understanding as you and Michaela walk this very difficult road.
After hearing about your honeymoon, could you show us your wedding video?! I'm sure it's awesome!❤

I am on the other side of both primarily and secondary infertility. Our family is complete. I see now the finger prints of God. Parenthood has been a roller coaster ride and happy he is in control.
Your videos are very peaceful. ❤ praying for you
Hey y'all, My Hubby & I struggled with getting "P" & finally did only to lose our sweet baby at 2 months.
What a beautiful, amazing, inspirational example of faith, love and goodness you both are! You always remain in my prayers! 🙏❤️🙏
Thank you for your blog. It is so inspiring. I share a birthday with you Michaela, and infertility too. We were married for 14 years before God directed us to adopt from China. We now have 2 beautiful adult daughters.
