CPGRAMS or Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System is an online portal which aims to provide the citizens with a platform for redressal of their grievances. CPGRAMS launched by Union Government in 2007 and subsequently in 2015 one mobile app also launched.
This portal enables/empowers common people to file complaint/grievance 24*7 and simultaneously track the action taken by the concerned Authorities.

Sir, actually my uncle done a loan in society i.e.. in PACs against my illiterate father by taking sign of my father in loan paper unknowingly to my father. So, is my complain is eligible for cpgram?
If yes, then it should be in which department. I have loan statement. What should be the proper channel to complain in cpgram. I am a central govt. Employee. Should this complain affect my job career? Please guide me.

Sir my younger sister who is a divorced woman applied for family pension after the death of my father in 2013 ( my mother died in 1996) My father was a retired central government employee who retired from AG Meghalaya . My sisters case is still pending with PAO Shillong . On enquiring we were told that PPO of my late father that we surrendered has been sent to CPAO for the issue of new PPO in her name. It has been 4 months PAO has sent the PPO to CPAO but nothing has been done by CPAO in this regard . If you kindly provide information about what we should do now we shall be grateful to you

Need privatization of government offices: It has been 5 months I have applied for licence renewal in Delhi sarai kale khan, Government employees do not work and only harass public. My application do not have any issue but they kept it on hold for 5 months and still countdown is going on.If it would have been in private hand they might have done their work in 2 to 3 days.
