Sir, after filing the application, you should visit the dept to follow up for further processing of the app. Go for CPGrams if dept. is not processing it.

Sir, CPGRAMS is usually for govt. dept. and maybe your case is not fit for CPGRAMS, but you can try to lodge a grievance with the Other/Misc Dept

I never tried to lodge a grievance by Post, but online on CPGRAMS portal, you can check the status and get a message as well as e-mail on the Action Taken (Closing Remarks).
@@gaganmeetsingh2373 I sent an application through post and I got registered and first status showed under process and now status showing case closed. So how I should know what the action is taken for my grievance....it's going to be 20 days I didn't receive any redressel......

Sir, actually my uncle done a loan in society i.e.. in PACs against my illiterate father by taking sign of my father in loan paper unknowingly to my father. So, is my complain is eligible for cpgram?

your case is a personal issue. CPGRAMS may not be appropriate.
I complained many times but useless. Case is closed without action and response. Total fake. No body works in that department.

CPgrams are for addressing the grievances of general public. You can create an account on this portal and select the appropriate government department/Ministry.

Sir, initially go for FIR filing and related procedure, agar koi positive response na mile or delay in response ho, then respective govt. dept me CPGRAMS kr skte ho. Directly, CPGRAMS krna shayad itna effective na ho but aapko lgta hai to aap kr skte h file.

Application submit krni hogi, apne PAN jurisdiction ke A.O. (Inome-tax Department) ke paas and New jurisdiction k A.O. ko.
