What it looks like is with Crown and Privaty, Exia has so much reload speed that she immediately fills her magazine after each shot. For her Secret Code buff she has to have Hacking Code fully stacked for herself, THEN when she fires her last shot she will buff Electric Codes by 1 stack for 15 seconds. So then you have to get her to empty her mag again with full stacks within 15 seconds to get a Secret Code stack 2. Which seems a bit scuffed cause if there is any amount of downtime during the fight (like the boss jumping to reposition), she won't be able to keep Secret Code stacked unless something cuts her max ammo down.
Exia's electric code buff didn't trigger on the Scarlet/Anis/Privaty team because that team has too much reload speed. That makes it to where there's no reload animation, she'll just keep shooting continuously instead, which is bad for "Last Bullet" type skills. She was lacking in the double Scarlet team and the final team in the video because she has too much ammo, so there shouldn't be any ammunition stats on her Overload Gear. For Exia, you need the least amount of ammo possible in order to utilize her to her full potential.
Honestly this feels like a pretty ridiculous oversight. Putting her with her preferred team of electric code nikkes makes her weaker. This better get fixed. I know this doesn't apply to all Electric Code nikkes, but even still, pretty egregious. EDIT: That is, unless I'm totally misreading how the last hit effect and reload speed buffs interact, which is always possible.

The only reason she didn't work was because her reload speed was buffed by Privaty and Crown, so every time she took cover she reloaded instantly, that's just the problem with how SRs and RLs work, beceuse taking cover triggers reload and Nikkes take cover automatically after every shot from those weapons. So pretty much every SR and RL with last hit effect stop working when reload speed is too high, and same goes for other characters on auto when target goes off field too often. To fix that they'd probably need to delay reloading on weapons after taking cover

I just started today, mere hours ago, and got Exia. I like her already being a gamer girl and love she has a sniper rifle. If she is strong as well, that's just icing on the cake. 🎮 🎂

As just dps sure, but gotta remember that Doro brings that sweet cooldown buff, and that big damage to parts buff is so good vs bosses like train too. She's still great though because electric code sucks right now. Scarlet is pilgrim so hard to get (as Zxous has many tales to tell about it :p ), Harran is also pilgrim, s.Anis is limited, so it's down to Naga and maid Privaty, who outside of shotgun team isn't very good either. I have none of those outside maid Privaty so current crystal chamber boss in union raid is a pain in my ass to beat, not having anything good to beak the qte's under the shield.
The favorite items really making all these characters so good lmao Hope there is a fight where a tank will actually be necessary so Diesel can be useful
What's really funny is how I already have an LB2 Exia and just got Diesel's LB2 dupe today. Not sure why the game treats me like this. Where's my Dorothy? 😢💀
This is a really good showcase for Exia considering that this one had 18 rounds instead of 6. Ammo lines aren't great for Last bullet characters, especially ones that need to fully charge their shots.
