This is one step a head in Ethiopian economy. But, I think there is a missing step here. That is to improve the agricultural sector specially in produce that supports the export sector.

Please, don't let retail investors directly buy and sell for the first year. Retail investors will be eaten alive, there has to be a limit for retail investors. Maybe maximum 20,000 birr deposit for the first year. Let brokers do the trading. Retail investors will be eaten alive. Trading in stock market is not for everyone. Don't hurry, let the brokers and funds trade at least for a year. There has to be exam or test for retail investors to create account.
