I bought an HPN SIGNATURE mug press, but the heating element for the 15 oz mug is too small and doesn't cover the entire mug for a full wrap. How can you help me?
Glad I found your video. I am just about to purchase a mug sublimation press machine but it's confusing to know what machine is best? AI am in search for a press that can do heavy duty work. It seems like HPN machine can do heavy duty work, right? I have to do 200 - 300 mugs a day. However, the HPN press is very expensive. In comparison with other presses it's way higher. Why is that the case? Thanks!
With that volume of mugs, we'd recommend getting multiple mug presses. Each mug takes about 3 minutes to press. With a single mug press, you'd be working about 10-15 hours per day to heat press 200-300 mugs. This sort of workload would cause excess wear and tear on any single machine. (For perspective, the GeoKnight DK3 has a 3-year/3,000 press warranty. You'd be through that in a matter of weeks.) It may seem expensive to invest in multiple machines, but the margins on mugs are great and the machines will pay for themselves in no time. The HPN Sublimation Mug Press (heat.press/mugpress) is actually very affordable when you compare it with other "heavy duty" machines, like the Geo Knight DK3 mug press (heat.press/DK3). It has a very sturdy construction, can accommodate different heating elements, and is backed by our 1-year warranty and free lifetime technical support. You can also add up to 3 additional years of warranty coverage for a small fee.
@@HeatPressNation Thanks for your reply and information provided - much appreciated. I have no doubt that the HPN Sublimation Mug Presses is one of the best in the market - I read many reviews. All good to go. I see there are 6 different machines on your website (one is a demo model) - are they all the exact machine? In other words, if I buy the cheapest machine it is still the very same one as the most expensive one with the difference that I get add-ons with the most expensive one, right? I will start with one machine and do 50 - 80 mugs a day and see how the machine performs. Then, after approximately three months, I will invest in a second machine if the first one performs as I hope it will. Just one last question: Do you have an agency in Turkey? I am situated in Turkey. If not, do you charge extra to ship to Turkey? Thank you.
This is usually gauged by how much resistance you feel when closing the press. For mugs (and sublimation in general), you almost never need heavy pressure. You should feel a little resistance when closing, but it should not be super easy nor difficult.
We are looking into it, but have nothing available at this time. For now, we recommend using an oven wrap: www.heatpressnation.com/products/hix-8-straight-wall-sublimation-oven-travel-mug-wrap
I have a question I recently bought this press and an extra fuse came with it but I cannot find where it goes? Plus how long does the press beep when it reaches the temp you have it set for?
That is your backup fuse; please keep it in a safe place. Eventually you will need to replace the fuse on your heat press. When that time comes, please call us for a walkthrough of how to replace your fuse. We provide free lifetime technical support for all of our heat presses.
We do offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. (It sounds like you might be just past our return period.) For full details, please visit www.heatpressnation.com/pages/return-policy
Not in this video. But we just launched our new tumbler heating attachment: th-cam.com/video/s70kEN2aWy4/w-d-xo.html This attachment has been tested to work with 30oz tumblers measuring approx. 9.5" tall w/a 3.125" diameter.
There's a magnetic sensor that gets triggered when the handle is lowered. Sometimes this sensor needs to be re-adjusted. If your timer isn't counting down automatically when you lower the handle, please call our Tech Support team at (800)215-0894. They'll be happy to assist.
The "Thick Straight Wall" attachment will fit a skinny tumbler, BUT coverage will be limited. It's great if you're just going to press a logo on both sides of the tumbler. We have a video coming out in the next week or so that will show how to use an oven wrap to get full coverage on those tumblers.
I bought this press before the pandemic, and I can't be able to do successfully a single mug, my press don't have the same settings or screen steps, it may be defective, I pay $500 and I can't use it, I call customer service and I been ignored 😢 please I need to make it work fine! Can someone form HPN reach me ? And help me out with this?
Hi Gabriel! We are sorry to hear you are having issues contacting us. We always have customer service reps ready to take all incoming calls during business hours. You may also email us at support@heatpressnation.com.

I love my Signature Series mug press!!
Will the new 20 oz skinny mug press work with older hpn machine?
Yes, the attachment will work on all versions.

Will you guys be adding a 20oz skinny option?

Just got my mug press, will be setting it up tomorrow.
Awesome! Hope you love it :)
I want to purchase the press for 11 and 15 oz mugs. Can the other attachments be purchased seperate at a later date if needed?
Yes. You can purchase additional heating elements separately here: heat.press/sigmugrep

I just bought the smaller mug press about a month and a half ago, do you guys offer exchanges I think I should’ve bought the bigger one.

Hi would the tumbler attachment fit this one?
Yes, our Tumbler Attachment is designed to fit with this heat press. heat.press/mugpress
In the above video, does the large attachment also work on 30 ounce straight tumblers?
Not in this video. But we just launched our new tumbler heating attachment: th-cam.com/video/s70kEN2aWy4/w-d-xo.html

Is there a manual available?
Yes indeed: cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0229/1646/4718/files/hpn-signature-series-v1-manual.pdf?5335
Is there any agency in india to buy your mug press??
So sorry, but we do not have any dealers or operations outside of the United States.
How do you clean ink off the mug wrap?
You can try a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol. But if it's baked into the wrap, it's likely going to be permanent.
Any skinny tumbler attachment coming for this press?
