Met Bav at the supercar event at goodwood as a volunteer. Asked him why he knocked a barrier over in his lambo and he went “why not, was in the way”😂 absolute legend will never forget that🤝

Misha brought me here, but this is the interview I wanted. Love hearing from someone that has an entrepreneurial mindset. Lots to be learned there.

If I learned anything working with Bav is to pick up the phone which then boosted my confidence in general when talking to ppl.

What a great interview - especially the last 10 minutes. PPPPP working in a massive aviation organisation I see Process as a key factor of what halts / delays some parts of my various Projects processes that haven’t changed in 15 years ect. My favourite one so far 👍

My favorite line to hear, "That's the way we've always done it.". Well, you've been doing it wrong.

The point about treating the business as your own is true, but not for the fact it works for everyone. I've worked as such all my life but not been as fortunate as Bhav. But I understand that life isnt the same for all. Glad it worked for you Bhav keep it up.

I agree with "people just want to make money quickly" - however I also understand the motivation nowadays. Everything gets more expensive, social media presents you a (fake)lifestyle of many people whos ability can be reduced to taking a selfie. Being very good in a 9-5 job today or being the smart guy with the knowledge that only pays your bills but the opportunities to make a bigger step forward is nearly zero. That's different from the possibilities in the 80s, 90s. You have to run your own business to make these bigger steps, but not everyone is made for doing that, but then what you are good at does not bring you anywhere and is not valued anymore.

Entrepreneur is the French word for “too organise” - that’s the joke: if only there was a French word for entrepreneur!
