After downloading one of the shaders from mcpedl you need a file explorer. Download one from your playstore or appstore and open it and then head over to downloads in the file manager you just downloaded and then open the shader you downloaded. Then it will open up your Minecraft and import it!

Go to settings, Go to video, scroll down until you see ray tracing. If you can't open ray tracing. Your device might be not compatible with Rtx, However you can turn on deferred techincal preview if you put any rtx packs i also acts like rtx but without pbr
