I like that you’re showing single story homes. 👍🏽😊 My anxiety level goes up with the two story homes, although they’re beautiful. I like the layout of this home. I’m looking past the colors, like the gold & green that I don’t like.
@@housetoursinternational I understand that. 😊 It’s mostly due to the balcony areas I’m afraid of heights (I can see down) & also I use a wheelchair. If there was an elevator & no balcony, I’d be fine.

Well, well!!!! Lovely house Marcus!!! There’s some things I’d change of course or have liked to see. The second refrigerator would’ve worked better in the pantry area vs the utility room and that space in the utility room could’ve been a vertical drying rack to be more practical. Love the soft close drawers and cabinets throughout 😂🤣🤣 (I felt that in my soul)!!! I do wish that the primary bedroom was a little bigger and continued the tile from the primary bathroom into the closet. Guest room sizes are nice. That’s how a walk-in pantry SHOULD be!!!! This one really blew up my skirt tail Marcus!!!! (I don’t really wear dresses though 😅😂)!!! Judgement time: I grade this house 🥁…9.9/10!!!

Very nice home, but some of this landscaping is starting to look snakey.

Great question! That was the garage but it is used as a sales office. Once it is sold, they will convert to garage 👍🏼
