Indeed this cabin was slighly outdated but it wasn't a big deal, it still had everything you would need on a flight like this. However, I had my previous trip report on Boeing 787 and it had a new cabin. So if you want to see how the new one looks, I have a video for that too. That was my flight from Istanbul to Newark. I love Turkish airlines and there food service ( I am from turkey you should try lamaghun) I personally love going there and seeing my grandma! What do you like going there for? I booked 15A and 15B for my flight next week on the 777 and I have 14A and 14B from IST to SFO on the 787. My internal flights on the Airbus are in 7AB and 9AB using the extra seat upgrade. Can't wait to see the full October moon over Greenland and Iceland

My seat was 34K. I suggest to choose your seat either in row 34 or further back. Because if you will choose a seat in rows like 30, 31 etc, then the huge wing will block the view of the land. About Dulles, I think it is a great airport, definitely better than any of NY airports. So you should have a nice experience. And also, thanks for the compliment 😊.
As a world traveller and being able to experience the different airlines around the world, Turkish airlines is a great airline. They are an European airlines, but their service quality is equal to the best Asian Airlines! Western airlines just want your money, period. No service or quality at all!!
I agree. Turkish can be easily compared to Asian or Middle Eastern airlines. I personally haven't flown on Western carriers, but a lot of my friends did, and they said they were trashy.
This flight was about 11 hours long. But considering how comfortable the seat was and how generous the service was. I wasn't even feeling tired after the flight. Istanbul airport is also very clean, new and modern. Istanbul is a great place to visit. When I visited Istanbul, I flew in to an old Ataturk airport. It was located right in the downtown of Istanbul and was just a small walk away from Istanbul aquarium. The aquarium is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is very nice. I would really recommend visiting it.

The last time I was on a train in the airport was a few years ago. So I decided to go for the train. But I was wondering, why do you think the moving walkway is better?
