I remember "shopping" down there as a teenager.
It was a slum back then,much better now.
I went to all Saints Road with a friend of mine a black guy grabs a hold of my arm and asks me do you want to buy some weed I tried to break away of him my friend says he's with me.

@@mrb8672 I'm not sure if you realise but the clip was from 1987 so no, I'm not shitting myself in Lockdown, my post actually refers to a figure of speech rather than an actual event.
@@dizmop figure of speech also....the point is not to let the media or others tell you about something unless you experience it yourself. Some people will not go out during lockdown or meet or hug anyone while some people have enjoyed last year as it was beautiful weather and time reinvent themselves, All Saints Road wasn’t free from crime back then but it was the heartbeat of Ladbroke Grove, Carribean/African Culture and the Nottinghill Carnival and community so it’s up to the individual how they perceive life
