    Target fear - my sister's great look long hair glow skin
    During my planned exposure time-
    When my fear/ obsession tells me yo do this- to run away from that situation or to be angry or to cursed ownself why i m not beautiful or consciously engage myself to find answers
    I will instead do this - to be stable at that situation or give myself correct suggestion its normal sbhi ko hi esa hota ,my brain doesn't she isy sister and i m also beautiful and i love my style , i do not want to do any changes on me so i can easly stand stable with my sister or appreciate her
    After exposure my anxiety/fear level on a scale of 0-10 -
    Outside of my planned exposure time ...ki baad me b urge uth skti compulsion ki jese bhag jana whn se.or check krna ki m achhi lgri ky.........
    When my fear tells me to do this - not go to your sister, hate her for this or hate ownself
    I will instead do this- m khud ki beauty check ni krungi or na hi apni sister ki beauty level check krungi ..i m beautiful and i like my own style and my sister is also beautiful and her intentions are not to hurt me but her intentions are to build her own beauty or confidence or ya its normal every person can feel this but vo thoughts ko janw detw unse ldte ni or khush rehte pr ocd wale pkd lete negative cheez ko
    Outside of exposure my anxiety level on the scale of 0-10 -
    Mam ke jo bhi team member ise dekh re hain o please ise mam tk bhejen ki ye sahi h ya nhi because mam ne bola h is video m ki agr isme koi b problem hogi toh mam thik krenge so plz ise mam tk phuncha dena

      Hi hope u are doing really well, u may wanna do some self-reflection why do u compare yourself ? Start journalling interview yourself also start working on yourself . Your insecurities might be a response of your body to tell you that u might want to work on some aspects of your life be it your body strength be it your overall health or maybe your social skills or maybe where u are in your career. Maybe it’s not about your sister at all maybe its about you , and I am 100% sure u are capable of everything that u desire u are such kind and self reflective being . Just care yourself with little more compassion . And feel free to experiment and do not overthink my words bcz i am just a random girl in the internet u know yourself better I just told u something that works for me and u might wanna try.❤ happy healing.     I will instead do this- thought hmare experience refrence yhn whn se or phir hum unhe interpert krte unse aate na ki humari identity esi toh aate isliye thought kese b hon hum rok ni skte bs hme pta h ye unhelpful thoughts muje inhe jane dena h thats all ,inse uljhna ni h because unhelpful thoughts or thoughts ko rok ni skte inhe dekh ke jane de skte or m pooja continue krungi hrr baar

    My anxiety tel me to do this- dont think about god otherwise your bad thoughts come with pain and anxiety

    My thoughts and feelings don't show or join or change my identity they are just thoghts jinhe bs jane dena h

    Maam please make video on sensory motor OCD... focus on breathing and eye blinks... somatic OCD....I have no compulsion but my eye blinks are conscious....5 yrs phle mjhe anxiety hui fir uska baad maine Google padh lia fir mai breathing me dhyaan dena lgi or bodily functions pe like eye blinks...hand movements.. toh Dr. Ne medicine di clonotril and stalopam..mai 2017 se 2022 tk dawa khati rhi or mai medicine Lena ke 8 months tk theek hogae thi.. sb bhool gae thi fir abhi April me ghr waalon ne bola ki kb tk dawa khati rahogi toh mjhe dawa band Krna ke naam se sudden sb yaad ayaga ki mai dhyaan deti thi saans pe or eye blinks pe..or fir meri anxiety bht badh gae...fir maine dawa bhi bnd krdi or exercise start kia or meditation or motivational videos dekhi or medicine bus .25 clonotril leti hun raat me... Dheera 2 jb mera fear khtm hojaiga tb mai yeh bhi bnd krdungi because medicine ne bus dependent banaya....khud se cope up krungi toh permanent hoga...

      Same still feelings don't use google first of all cope with all these types of symptoms from yourself confidence i am also suffering from last year i don't know what happened with me but suddenly my brain turn out flipped situation self harm and other harm then suicidal thoughts over coming in my mind 24x7 starting two months was so difficult for me how can i cope with condition whats going on why my brain gone against me then afterward i read some articles of ocd and reading articles trolling in my mind same thoughts awkward feelings then i left read any articles google searching and busy myself distract myself anytime when any situation trig on mind then i try myself to relaxation gradually situation getting normal and living healthy life but sometimes my mind not working properly i am not taking medicine because my core believe is strong i know the situation nothing will happen without Allah willing thats my believe and Allah giving me strength more and more and always i pray to Allah one day i will be completely cureable from this disease In Sha Allah O Tala don't loose hope i don't know which religion you are following but always believe on your GOD one day you will fight and you will be the winner so be happy distract yourself and busy try some new things forget your past memonts happily live in your present moment enjoy yourself and stay away from negative people and negativr thoughts May Allah Give you strength and power to fight your disease i was gone many psychiatrist but medicine works temporary not permanent solution permanent solution is in your hand how to cope yourself feelings i have pure ocd and mix feelings but its okay chilling and enjoying life khush reh bacha jo hona hay taqdeer mein woh ho ke rahega yeh ek jaal hay jo kisi bhi time tootega lazmi ager na bhi toote to zindagi guzar jani hay phir tention kai ko reh carrom ramwano maja ni life jivano 🤣😃 sometimes chemical imbalances ki wajah se hota hay but us ke liye medicines khani hoti hay per us pe totally dependent na hojao aahista aahista apna dose decrease karwa ke khud se cope karo Behtar hona shuru hojaogi kuch nahn hoga tum akeli nhi ho
