For male category push up who was the champ and whats the count ?
After seeing those push up my body is itching to do it.
Wish i could take part, maybe next time.
Some of the participants did it very well wit good posture and from
Proper full up n down
Some were sagging their back...
I hv never been to any gym but currently my record is 120 in military from, proper form.
Anyways glad to see this kind of events encouraging the youth to positive energy .
